I one concern, after I returned the trailer that rented, I recieved my receipt of return equipment until two days later. I have to call to ask for the receipt.

Didnt not the get the boxes I ordered . No customer service. Lady use answered my call via the customer care line was rude and quick to hang up. Never going to get a uhaul again.

I think it would be a good idea to ensure that there is more than 1/8 of gas in the vehicle. I was able to get to my destination and on the way back purchase gas, but I was a little nervous about running out of gas as soon as I drove off the property.

hard to find, not well lighted and a seedy part of town after hours

The customer service at this location was excellent. The inside of the trailer was not cleaned at all. It had dirt and leaves and other small debris in it.

First location's website said it had the trailer I needed, but when arriving at the location they didn't have the trailer. I was informed that the trailer had been stolen that morning. The website wasn't updated reflecting the lack of inventory, so wasted my time going. Location did help me find another location. Next location was excellent except for it was located inside an office building and it was a little hard to find the business suite. I definitely prefer the stand alone u-haul stores.

Staff were most helpful with my late pickup but adequate instructions weren’t available regarding loading the vehicle onto the trailer.

I believe the only thing you need is more people to help when you’re picking up do you have to wait sometime because it’s short health

The office was difficult to locate. No equipment or moving supplies are sold at this location.

The young man was very helpful and professional came out, assisted me in ooking up the trailer to my truck. if I ever need a trailer again, that would be the place I would go. It was my first experience and it was a great one. Thank you sir, for your help.

Truck was full of trash in cab and some in back, employee was not knowledgeable, and truck was literally 3 miles to empty. I barely made it to the gas station.

No one was there. The box with the keys was hard to use and read.

No one around for the drop-off, no way to call them. Was definitely a self-help situation, still have not received confirmation of the drop-off.

Overall it was a good experience hardest part was finding the place You can see where the trucks are parked but there's no signage directing you to go inside the multi-business office building there's also a self-storage with U-Haul colors directly across the side street from the parking lot it's very confusing.

I should have been informed in advance of all the requirements to obtain the vehicle key, since it was a holiday, which became very cumbersome and uncomfortable.

Was not very happy with the equipment I borrowed first time that I’ve ever had any trouble with UHaul

Sticky substance leaking inside the cab on every turn. Severe water leak somewhere. Ruined my sofas and my brand new mattress! I never got a dolly. It didn't stop y'all from charging me for it. I cannot recommend anyone here. The entire experience was unsavory. My living room set is destroyed. I had to order another bed. I would like the cost for the dolly returned to my account. Merci

Mileage seems to be wrong more often than not. When you have a problem trying to get ahold of someone in customer service is ridiculous, you have to wait on hold for an hour. When you finally get someone they tell you that all they can do is possibly get the error fixed with little to compensate for the amount of time to get it corrected to begin with.

Parking lot not well lit at night. Could not fit a 26' truck in with the other rental vehicles already parked. Had to put it on the back row. It was convenient however as my storage unit was next door, saving miles and time.

Location where the truck was picked up at was great. The young man was very knowledgeable and very pleasant .

if you offer 24/7 truck share i should not have to go inside to get the keys. also took way to long to verify my rental in the office.

The app took a long time for pickup and drop off. Probably close to 20 minutes each. I'd rather do this in person.

When customers make a reservation that they actually get what they are supposed to get and pick up! Different location, Different time, Different truck! Why even make a reservation and hold with a credit card! Not satisfied!
