The dollys that I paid for and rented were not provided. After two hours of driving to various locations and being transferred to different locations, I was told that there were no Dollies available. Had this information been provided to me ahead of time, I would have been able to plan. They didn't warn me. Also, the day before my rental a woman called me at 6 AM to confirm my rental reservation. I politely asked her if she was aware that it was 6 am and she hung up on me.

Terrence PBuilding was locked. No identifying signage showing this is a U-haul site. Was difficult communicating with anyone to be let into the locked building. Wouldn’t have had to go to this location if Philips highway location didn’t screw up the original reservation.extremely dissatisfied.

LATOYA SPlease train employees to better look at online reservations and to clarify with customers that everything matches up when it comes to pick up and drop off. I had to pay out of pocket more because of a simple mistake on the employees part.
