Building was locked. No identifying signage showing this is a U-haul site. Was difficult communicating with anyone to be let into the locked building. Wouldn’t have had to go to this location if Philips highway location didn’t screw up the original reservation.extremely dissatisfied.

LATOYA SPlease train employees to better look at online reservations and to clarify with customers that everything matches up when it comes to pick up and drop off. I had to pay out of pocket more because of a simple mistake on the employees part.
Danielle GI one concern, after I returned the trailer that rented, I recieved my receipt of return equipment until two days later. I have to call to ask for the receipt.
