Truck was filthy. Someone smoked in it. Ashes everywhere. Tire was messed up. Then I had to pay for a cleaning fee that wasn't even my mess to begin with.

Salvatore A L.My appointment was at 11 a.m. no one was there didn't show up until 12:30 they told me it was 29,99 and 99cents a mile I drove it 20 miles so my bill should have been about 50 it was 103 what should have been an hour and a half job took the whole afternoon I told them I should get a discount instead I got charged more they were not professional at all will not use them again and will tell friends and family and social media not to use them

Robert C.One way haul from a neighborhood dealer in Aurora Indiana to Nashville TN. The truck (a 20 ft box truck) was in great shape and drove well on the interstate. Did in person pickup and remote drop off. No issues at all! Great service for a agreat price!

Matthew W.We was hustled out of 59 dollars that should've been returned to us at the end of our rental. We had the vehicle for less time than reserved, was returned with the correct fuel level, and went exactly 64 miles. The owner padded some extra miles on AND charged a 20 dollar refuel fee when the gas was EXACTLY where it was when we left. We will never use this uhaul location again and I'd recommend anyone else stay away. OHHH and not to mention we had to wait almost 20 minutes for the owner to get to the lot to give us the keys and equipment, when we was dropping off the uhaul I let him know when I was 35 minutes away. The owner made me sit and wait for him to get there for over 20 minutes so I could give him backt he keys and have him down the end of route inspection so I could've gotten my 50 dollars I was expecting back. But that never happened! He also added add one to our rental like a appliance dolly that we was charged for, we NEVER asked for it nor did we even use it! Uhaul and this guy really left a bad taste in our mouths. As if moving day isn't hectic enough…

Laurence B.I dropped my Uhaul off on a Sunday and had no idea they would be closed, it was very frustrating having to deal with this on my cheap smart phone, I didn't know I was going to have to do that! I thought I would be dealing with a person when I got there but nope, it was do it yourself, thank The Lord my sister was there to hold me together and she had a decent enough phone to do everything that was asked! Again the Uhaul company is a disgrace!! I know you could care less, you got your money and that's all that matters, I feel bad for the employees at the places where you pick up and drop off, I hope you pay them well to deal with the upset people that you have jerked around!
Terry S.The place looked abandoned. From the rv in lot looking like a lived in meth den to the many dismantled vehicles this place looks like a dump. I Would say some marked drop off spaces would help improve this location along with a self drop off sign indicating that this location is 24hr self service. If the garage is operational then They should organize their lot and if they do not have them they should put up at least 1 camera. A vehicle that looked like it was doing something wrong pulled out as soon as they seen me come in. I would also add a privacy fence and stick all non running dismantled vehicles behind it and put U-haul vehicles outside the fence in a row infront of shop. Overall i say the place is in need of some work.

Jason M.Truck was clean with full tank. Checkout process went extremely smooth. Checkin process would have gone smoothly; however, had to call customer service and wait for 15-20 minutes due to payent information entered in system prior to picking up truck not being recognized, and therefore was not sending keycode to pick up key. Once refreshed, it recognized that I had entered payment information, and rest of checkin went smoothly.
