I arrived to the location 15 minutes early. The gas station clerk was not able to go through the U-Haul process. The manager of the gas station, who ran the U-Haul business did not answer the phone until 10 minutes after my appointment time, when I had to talk to him on the gas station clerks phone. At that time the area was under a tornado warning. He was over 30 minutes away and never showed up, even thought I had made my reservation 2 days in advance. All paperwork was done over the phone.

This was a mini mart that had no one trained or authorized to process the unit back in to the system and provide me with any documentation that I had returned it, or the condition it was in at that time. I returned it on a Saturday and was told that it would be Monday before The store manager would return from out of town to process it back it to the system and give me a receipt. I was told to park it in a non fenced off area of the mini mart parking lot, and the manager would process it Monday and send me a receipt. It was due back Sunday. It is now Thursday and still no receipt. I will not use this facility again.

It was too far out and only had (1) person working the register and the Uhaul process. It made the checkout process very lengthy

Just no enough people to help out at this location. I had no help with loading the truck and trail. It was a busy day for location. With one person doing everything.

Did not have anyone available to give me the return paperwork. Had to beg to get a handwritten acknowledgment of return and condition of trailer to protect myself.

The attendant was not able to assist in the dropoff. She stated she had to wait for her manager to do the return process. She stated he would be in after 1 hour. 4 hours later I had to contact U-haul national number. Then finally 6 hours later I received the return confirmation email. The U-Haul service center was amazing. The drop off location was not helpful and should not be allowed to have a U-Haul contract anymore.

Someone over charge me 10 dollars and someone charge my card and extra 80 dollars and I haven't receive my refund yet poor service

Tried on 2 separate days to try to turn in the truck, both times they told me to come back at a later date. The truck's seal did not work, so water got into the truck and ruined all of the boxes. But the location would not talk to us for anything related to the service. I had to call the Uhaul traffic line to inform them the location had the truck and keys and they informed me they would take care of the rest.

Have it at a different location take it away from minimart poor customer service poor English lack of knowledge U-Haul itself needs to have better customer service on telephone calls long time to wait on the phone to get rentals overall love the car trailer a very handy tool

Very frustrating to use. Despite getting a confirmation, app repeatedly said I had no reservations. Had to resend pictures multiple times. Filled up with gas but was still charged by the mile. Huge rip off. I will never use this service again and will actively warn others away from it as well

Could not understand him, he wasn't really interested in talking to us or explaining what we needed to do. Had to talk to other people in the establishment to get help. Took longer to drop it off than it did to pick it up and all he needed to tell me was to leave it there to be scanned.

I didn't like the time waiting for a Manager on Dutie. And they didn't speak ENGLISH WELL, so it's was hard to under stand, after the Vehicle was RETURNED. Ps : they didn't have a printer that worked so I had to make a copy with my PHONE .... I'm not happy going there Ever again .... NO PAPER COPIES TO THE CUSTOMER....
