Truck was not safe to operate. Cab mounts are shot. I didn't know if I was going to make it to my destination. Severe cab vibration on certain concrete interstate surfaces. 40 mph before it would stop. This trip cost me more time and fuel. When I turned it in, I asked for a refund or something.

Vaibhav PI arrived to the location 15 minutes early. The gas station clerk was not able to go through the U-Haul process. The manager of the gas station, who ran the U-Haul business did not answer the phone until 10 minutes after my appointment time, when I had to talk to him on the gas station clerks phone. At that time the area was under a tornado warning. He was over 30 minutes away and never showed up, even thought I had made my reservation 2 days in advance. All paperwork was done over the phone.
