john pNone of the equipment I was charged for was in the truck. Even though I reported the missing equipment at the beginning of my rental, through the app, I have not been contacted by anyone. One of the rails on the inside of the truck for tying down furniture was only held on by three screws, one of which was loose. Sadly I didn't notice that until I tried to use that rail, making it newrlt impossible to really tie down shorter items.. But I'm sure you can see it on the right in my photo of the empty truck at the beginning of my rental.

WAYNE OThat even if a place is closed that you can call the number and drop the trailer off at the location. I waited until a few days later because I thought the place had to be open to drop it off
emily jThis was the second drop off location I attempted. The first one, due to an error with Google maps, was not accessable. I waited on the phone in a parking lot on hold for 25 min for uhual to change my drop off location. I also spoke with someone for 20 min trying to correct an error with the websites drop off instructions. It would not recognize my location. So the overall drop off process took two hours after driving to the new location and talking with uhual customer service.
Ryan EIt would have been better had the truck been pulled out and started. It was cold and had snowed the day before. Just finding the truck was not easy and the windows were caked in ice.
Kimberly BStaff was friendly and polite. Very nice to deal with. Very informative and patient. I do apologize for not filling the gas tank to the appropriate amount before return. A few different reasons for that; it wasn't done intentionally but that's on me and I just want to apologize. Thank you for the great service!

David KThe truck ran great, had plenty of power (6,8L gas), could have used cruise control but managed well enough. The snowstorm was relentless and the wipers were challenged to the point of failure (ice buildup). Many crashes that night, but not with this truck. Thanks for having a clean, good running rental available. The low entry level and ramp made all the difference for us old folks when moving our daughter.

DAN HThe trailer received had half the lights not working and wires torn apart inside. It required messing with the wires to get the lights turned on and the guy didn't wanna call the rep.

TIM GThe trailer was not clean, but was in excellent shape. Our northern Minnesota winters make it difficult to keep outside equipment clean. The gentlemen at this location went above and beyond helping me to hook up the trailer and check to ensure working lights. Very friendly and helpful.

ADAM SThis was a horrible experience to be honest. First off I was not able to find the size I wanted. Then I called and made a reservation to pick up in Superior, WI on Saturday morning and drop off in Virginia, MN. Saturday evening. Since it wasnt the size I wanted I set it up to be used for two trips which was quoted at 189 I got a call Friday morning telling me the pick up location I wanted was not avail and I needed up pick up in Scanlon, WI and by 5 Friday. I was told I wouldn't be charged for Friday and would be comped extra miles. When I picked up the uhaul, the man asked if I wanted ins for 28.00. I said yes, however he never told me it would be a charge per day. It just seemed that altho I was promised perks I ended up spending so much more for thos uhaul and having to drive it all over the place they even changed the drop off l0cation as well. Moving is stressful enough this was not an overly pleasant experience.

RON JVehicle was quite a distance away, about a block and no attempt was made to get vehicle for me. I had to go retry it myself. Perhaps an effort to bring vehicle closer to the office could be made.
francis gThis is a difficult question because I found no fault with this friendly, helpful, efficient group. The truck was ready on time, clean and well-mantained. It served us well without a single problem for over 1 300 miles. They payed close attention to us and patiently answered all of our questions and supplied all the information needed for a successful journey. Well Done

Jack RThe windshield and hood of the truck was coated with at least 1" of ice. I had to scrape and clear ice, broke my ice scraper doing it; additionally, the truck was stuck in snow, wheels spun, eventually rocked it to freedom.
Henni EThe trailer was frozen in to the snow due to a recent ice storm. Once I picked up the rental, no one was sent out to help me load the trailer on my truck. I had to go back in and get someone. The trailer had no jack and was really heavy. Someone is going to hurt their back lifting it.

TOM PProvide a cleaner truck especially the windows and the floor in the box. I asked to pay cash when I picked up the truck and when I returned the truck the guy said woops it went on your credit card and asked if that was ok and I said ok. I leave get 10 miles away and my wife calls me saying u haul called and said I needed to come back and pay cash. So I turn around and drive back and the guy says it's ok and that he talked to his manager and he said it's charged to my credit card. That was my wasted time and 20 miles of driving for nothing? He did say he was sorry and apologized. I should of been given a credit of 10 or $20 to make up for my time and gas.
duane cwe thought the price was excessive but other than that we were pleased with the trailer...
