john pNone of the equipment I was charged for was in the truck. Even though I reported the missing equipment at the beginning of my rental, through the app, I have not been contacted by anyone. One of the rails on the inside of the truck for tying down furniture was only held on by three screws, one of which was loose. Sadly I didn’t notice that until I tried to use that rail, making it newrlt impossible to really tie down shorter items.. But I’m sure you can see it on the right in my photo of the empty truck at the beginning of my rental.
