The person was a little confused about the drop off, said there may be an extra charge. We let her know that at the pick up location, we were told that it would not matter what location we dropped it off at. She did not charge extra.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey can be busy, so expect to wait.
Jeffrey HOne of the workers was unfamiliar with U-Haul returns and the manager was busy. I tried to process the drop off through the app, but it gave me an error message. Again face to face drop off worked better than the app. I’m glad I was able to drop off at a location with people. I’m not sure what I would have done with all my app issues otherwise
Melissa BPretty good service, and polite service.
RICK HThe equipment had dirt and grass in it when picked up. The staff was not helpful with explaining the location of the trailer or how the unique hook up worked for the trailer. The trailer tongue was frozen into the ground.
