Well for starters I'm not one to even fill out one of these questionnaires because I hate leaving bad reviews for places but this was the worst U-Haul experience I've ever had. After my original reservation was fixed up an hour later I got a call saying they had to change the pick up location so I could have a 15 foot truck which was totally fine with me considering it was only ten minutes from my house. Until I go to said location in the morning only to find out the pick up location has been changed on me to a location 30 minutes from where I was without any type of notice given to me and when I asked customer service what happened I was told that the email may have â€œslipped thru the cracksâ€. They couldn't even let me drop it off at a location that was much closer to my house for no charge after the whole terrible pick up experience. Terrible customer service, will never be using U-Haul ever again for moving. 10/10 would not recommendPATRICK O.

Please change the oil for that vehicle the dashboard indicator flashed a message 0 % oil life we had to exit the highway and have the oil checked. It has oil it's just time to change it.jose C.

Yes, I would recommend Uhaul but not the location as there were 6 blankets and 1 hand truck contracted via phone reservation and none of that was in the vehicle. You should add the smart phone requirements needed when picking up the unit to the phone reservation details as the location was closed and we had to waste 45 minutes of a very busy morning doing this onsite. I feel like Uhaul is saving expenses by the consumer doing all the work by taking the time to create an account, filling in endless requirements prior to getting the truck and then taking multiple pictures after dropping off the truck. Understand time is money but better communication is suggested.Ronald P.

FIRST LOCATION DID NOT HAVE THE TRUCK I RESERVED TWO WEEKS AGO. I SHOWED UP, NO TRUCK. Using this location as a drop off was one more thing that not having the initial truck made more difficult as this is not where my car was. Again. I hope someone follows up with me. Moving day did not go smooth thanks to Uhaul. I was able to find another (smaller) truck at this location and they were helpful. Not having the 15' foot truck I reserved totally messed up my day. I was late to doing what needed to be done and I was unable to move all of my furniture into my house. I hope someone sees this. My initial experience as terrible! This location helped me out but they would not have been involved in the first place. And again, the truck i needed for all of my stuff was not there when I needed it.Matthew Z.

What an amazing friendly genuinely caring and professional staff Jamie is!! This was stress free she told me what to do, read disclosure to me as a client to help me understand. When I was ready to come back she met me out back.The van was spotless.Im so happy I found this place. The office was clean and well kept which was great to see during Covid. The facility was closed when I arrived. I was not able to enter my account for unknown reasons and so called the 800 number who connected me with another location (Easton, PA) in the area that was open, and I got to talk with Jason. Jason did a fantastic job resolving all the issues and got us checked in. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give Jason a rating of 12 !!Allen H.

Overall everything was great, especially since I made a last minute reservation. The truck was clean and the rental process was quick and easy! As far as what could be better?.... It would be helpful for the staff to be more familiar with the rental trucks, so you can answer basic operational questions, especially regarding the Tow/Hauling switch, which engages automatically, even if the truck is empty and not towing anything. Once I figured that out, I was able to disengage it and the truck ran much better.Yvonne C.

Very disappointed that U-Haul changed our pickup location requiring an additional 17 miles of charged mileage and lost time.. Originally scheduled for Rockdale Ln Stroudsburg location, we were contacted a week before pickup that we had to go to Pen Argyle PA to pick up the truck. Extra mileage that we were billed for, extra gas, and most importantly, extra time that we really didn't have while trying to schedule all the toy transportation for the Toys for Tots program. We paid more and lost time due to Uhaul scheduling conflicts. The pickup location down in Pen Argyl was great, so the stats may look good, but the scheduling and pickup process was not.Thomas C.

The truck had a slow leak in one of the tires. The nail was visible, and showed a lot wear on the nail head, so it had been there for a while. I take part of the blame for it not being found, because I didn't do a thorough check of the tires, but I think that tires should be closely inspected by the rental locations. I will still recommend this location because Brittany did go out of her way to find out if I was going to be charged for this pre-existing condition. However, the stress I went through until I knew for certain made the experience a negative one. Lesson learned, if a warning light comes on when you drive out of the lot, turn around immediately! I drove it home and aired up the tire, and that's when my wife spotted the nail.Mark G.
I requested a dolly and it wasn't in the truck. I gave my information for payment online and when my husband was there they requested the card which I was told he did not need to have that information on him. The truck I was also told it would have a ramp and it did itSeptember W.
