I did the self check in was easy and got the truck on time truck worked great for moving for the day.
andrew mI thought the check-in process was slightly frustrating because the app's response was slow and sometimes repeated steps that I previously completed. When I was asked to upload pictures of the truck from front, back, etc., I clicked submit, but the app returned to the previous screen and I had to complete the photos again. This happened again during the process of verifying the fuel level during check-in. Since there was no wi-fi, and the office was closed, someone could have difficulty if cell service is not working. It worked for me but the process was time consuming. there was a page that I had to wait for something to process before I could begin the check-out process and that took a few minutes. Also the hours on Google Maps for the Columbia Self Storage was incorrect - it was closed when I arrived. I preferred self check in anyway.
