The trailer was clean but it had a pretty bad vibration under a load at 55 mph like the tires were out of balance.

Michael OWe did a contact-free return at a time that the location was closed. It was easy and there was plenty of parking. To be honest, I didn't have any contact with the employees or go inside to rate whether the location was clean and inviting.
Jane HLocation is a little hidden at the end of an industrial Road and the office is a little messy though my trailer was there available, clean, ready, and in good working condition.

ALFREDO CVery friendly staff. Loved the golden retriever in the back room. The utility trailer was available and waiting for me. The connection to the hitch ball was a simple one (drop and lock as opposed to the turn knob in the videos). Only took a few minutes to get checked out. Was on my way within 10 minutes.

WILLIAM SThe night before our truck rental pickup was scheduled, we got notified that the original pickup location (Middletown, CT) was changed to Cromwell, CT. We were picking up furniture in Middletown. We arrived at the Cromwell U-Haul location with few instructions as it was unmanned. After multiple phone calls, much time, and huge frustration, we were finally able to get the correct lock code and other relevant instructions from the Middletown office. We had a very good experience with U-Haul with our recent move in RI but unfortunately, not this time.

Crystal HIt was a Uhaul affiliate site and the people there were very friendly, inviting and welcoming. They parked the trailer and truck for me so all I had to worry about was dropping off the equipment. It was a much better experience.

Brian MOnly issue I had was that there is a Uhaul location in Meriden which was unable to supply the trailer I needed. I had to go out of my way to obtain the trailer .
Mark NOverall the service was good and though vehicle was not the cleanest inside when I took it was still pretty decent and the vehicle condition was very good. Only thing I was disappointed was about the fuel charges as I could not find anywhere mentioned that I will need to fill the fuel while giving it back and hence when you calculated the fuel rates at the end it seemed to be higher than the usual market rate. If I knew earlier I would have filled the fuel myself before dropping it off. Either I missed or it was not explicitly clear that I need to fill the fuel while returning back as it was my first time using the UHaul. Also your mobile app and even website interface is pretty buggy as it took quite some time for me initially while taking the vehicle and also while trying find the key box and code as both your portal and app interface was little confusing and slow as well. My suggestion would be to send the key glove box code and vehicle details to the email once picked up as it is easier to track it quicker. Anyway appreciate your ease of process and booking and it was a breeze except for this slight price hike which I didn't expect.
Srikanth GThe truck alignment was terrible. I was having to drive slowly to keep the truck from swaying from right to left. A less experienced driver could have gotten into an accident driving the truck. They should take that truck out of cummision.

Ron NThe person who helped me was polite, but the cost of the vehicle was very shady and misleading. When 19,95 is displayed massively on the side, one expects to be near that with some taxes, etc. I was charged over $50, which is ridiculous for two hours use.
