Very friendly staff. Loved the golden retriever in the back room. The utility trailer was available and waiting for me. The connection to the hitch ball was a simple one (drop and lock as opposed to the turn knob in the videos). Only took a few minutes to get checked out. Was on my way within 10 minutes.

WILLIAM SThe night before our truck rental pickup was scheduled, we got notified that the original pickup location (Middletown, CT) was changed to Cromwell, CT. We were picking up furniture in Middletown. We arrived at the Cromwell U-Haul location with few instructions as it was unmanned. After multiple phone calls, much time, and huge frustration, we were finally able to get the correct lock code and other relevant instructions from the Middletown office. We had a very good experience with U-Haul with our recent move in RI but unfortunately, not this time.
