Unattended location, as we dropped off at 9pm. Gate was closed and we had to park on street.

To start, we had to wait over 30 minutes for the person in charge to arrive at the location. The truck we ordered had a trailer attached and we were told he couldn't remove it at that location. While he was helping us, two other customers came in and he stopped helping us to helped them. He ended up having one of his guys drive the truck, with us in toe, to another location to have the trailer removed. The worker at the other location said she doesn't take trailers there but she took it off anyway, which was great. This was not the location we picked. The location was changed, by uhaul, to this one. I understand if a truck is not available that it may have to change but I feel that truck could have been delivered to the one we originally chose. This location was so unorganized and, if possible, try to avoid!

The equipment was wrong. I got charged forcthings i didnt want or ask for. It was filthy. And no one was there when i returned the vehicle.

The worker did not prioritize me, the customer. He kept me waiting while he sat in a car doing some business with someone else that did not appear to be Uhaul related. I had already had a bad experience previously when I went to pick up a truck and it was damaged and unavailable. No one contacted me that information and I had to start all over with the rental process.

Have your representative present when appointment is scheduled. I waited 45 minutes for shop to open. Have cabin of vehicle cleaned there were remnants of chips scattered on the floor board.

Hi there! Why you charge from me 5 days rent?! I rented the truck for 12 hours max and returned it to the same place I got it from. And threw the keys in a special box. I have a photo

I was wrongfully charged By this location. I filed a complaint. They did not check in my truck on time and I returned it. I received a receipt three days later with extra charges that were incorrect. They even wrote the wrong date when the truck was returned. I feel this place is likely badly abusing Customers using their rental trucks for other things. I reported my concerns to U-Haul. I hope they take action and do not utilize this location to drop off their trucks.

This uhaul offered to have me pick up at 8pm the night prior to accommodate his personal schedule and my reservation would stay the same, yet he took off a day from my reservation and never fixed it, had to call customer support, I recorded the entire interaction with him due to already being lied to by uhaul associates at Glendale brand blvd location about our equipment. The brakes were shot on the van, we were in life of death situation on grants pass due to the poor quality of the brakes. Also to add, our windshield wiper container had a giant hole in it so we could not use the windshield wipers on our out of state drive. We will be contacting UHAUL as soon as we get settled into our new home. We are extremely unhappy with our experience, from start of booking to final drop off, I will never recommend uhaul to anyone I know due to safety and professional reasons.

Don't change pickup location after we've chosen one when we set up reservation! We ended up in a sketchy part of town and the on site registration at the rental desk didn't/wouldn't allow us to authorize two drivers on the spot. Many hassles to get second driver added via text link.

Hi there, Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with this location. We were told the day before that someone would be present for our pick up time of 9:30am. When we arrived, no one was present. After sending a message, I received a call from the manager stating he was on the way, because he had to drop someone off. He showed up 45 minutes after our pick up time, putting us very behind in schedule, and then harassed me based on my gender. He told me that he had a "man moving the blankets for us because I am a woman, and it wouldn't go as fast if I did it." An hour after our scheduled time, we still didn't have the keys. When my colleague and I pressed him for an ETA, he grew irritated, yelled at us, and told us he was not going to rent to us. I was able to calm him down, but I was very disappointed by how I was treated and the fact that we were more than an hour behind schedule. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I just don't want anyone else to have the same experience as I did.

My concern is that my contract said i had over half a tank of gas at the beginning but it was down to empty. I spent 70 filling it up. I don't know if this is a glitch but please see if it can be fixed.

El equipo esta mal ya estaba sin la tapa del combustible. La persona que despaccho sabia que habia algun problema con este equipo mas sin embargo asi me lo dio. Me hizo perder mi dia de trabajo y mi negocio le puse gasoline y lo perdi porque el equipo no me funciono.

I felt like I was overcharged. The person at the U-haul location. I was supposed to pick up my truck was late to the appointment pickup. The U-haul truck I drove smelled like cigarettes.

I love working with the U-Haul on Alemeda and Victory. I realize that I will need to reserve a vehicle much more than a week in advance next year. with the Costless Car rental location in North Hollywood, they didn't open until 10:30 , yet I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle at 9! when I arrived the person returning at 8:30 was there not sure what to do. we called corporate, and that all worked out , but the person and I just had to transfer the key and vehicle very unofficially. It all worked out , but could have been a disaster as I had alot of people relying on me to be there on time. I love U-haul , I think the operation is very well done, but this sub-contractor was not the professional that I get with U-haul

We had the reservation at 8:30 am. We where there for 1 1/2 waiting for the person to give us the truck. This is very bad service.

I ordered a uhaul truck online and was able to reserve. When I got there this location did not have the truck I had ordered. Bad service and he made me upgrade for a greater price. I'll never reserve here again.

I received the vehicle with 65415 miles and not with 65401 as it is stated in the receipt. I demand a return. I've never had this issue with uhaul before and I'm surprised this is happening.

I will never rent from here again. The place was closed at my pickup time, had to wait 45 minutes for someone to arrive and then had to wait another 45 minutes until I was able to complete the rental process. Upon returning the vehicle, the place was closed yet again, even though during business hours. Terrible all around.

The person receiving the vehicle was on his cell phone the whole time that I interacted with. He directed me to park the 26-foot truck on the dirt area of the sidewalk, to be parked there overnight. I was concerned that the back latch had not lock and that the hand truck and unused pack of blankets were left there unsecured. This place was messy. There was no parking and was very inconvenient to drop off. But in order to save on money on the rental on my end, it was worth dropping it off. I would not go there myself to rent a vehicle though.

The van I wanted was late so I had to take a truck which was more expensive. Not by much, but still, don't see why i should pay more for someone else's bad punctuality.

I still don't have a receipt. he told me I would have in in my email by this morning at the latest. I can't invoice my customer for the job until I know what my Uhaul charges are and I've already had to pay my helper.

I called per instructions before delivering the uhaul back on time. I spoke with a man who told me "can you come by in 30 minutes and if Im not there put the key in the lock box." Of course when we arrived he was not there. It was as if he made sure not to be there when I arrived. I was hoping to speak with him before returning the vehicle. I will never rent a Uhaul again. Very dissatisfied.

The owner of this location was 20 minutes late. Then yelled at me and threatened me. You should revoke his contract. If you look at his reviews on Yelp he has a 1 star and it's no wonder. He refused to give me the uhaul and I had to go somewhere else. He is aggressive and aggravated.

I requested a 9:30 am PU and then at the last minute it was changed to 10:30 am. The owner of the Rental place did not show up until 11:30 am and there was no way to check out the truck via the contactless app method as I requested.

NO gas in the tank when we picked up, truck windows were filthy, air conditioner didn’t work, and the mirrors were unadjustable.

They charged $133 saying that I was with the truck for 3 days. Since I returned the truck on the same day I picked it up... 4 days have passed and they still haven't solved my problem and haven't refunded my money

This was not the location on my reservation. The truck was not available when booked. Three hours after I was supposed to pick it up (at a different location) I finally got it. Multiple calls and an awful experience. What is the point in the 24/7 option. Useless! I was even told management would call me before noon. They did not. When they did call, it was on their way out of the office, so when I called back, no answer. Then, no follow up call - even though the message said there would be. Also, when rear door failed, it was an hour and a half wait to get assistance. Had to fix it myself. Again, dreadful! Awful at every step.

The truck was extremely dirty and smelly. I had to wipe down everything and still couldn't get it clean. It smelled horrible. The windshield was almost blocked from bugs stuck on it. The back had trash in it.

The owner/manager of this store charged me erroneously, stating I had driven over 100 miles more than I had, and that I had kept the truck for an additional day. I will be posting a negative Yelp review and not using this owner's service again.

I feel like I should get 100 % refund for the issues I had with the van. I am a frequent uhaul user and this is bad customer service.

The vehicle had all check engine lights going off to change the oil, wiper fluid, tires, etc. I had to fill air in all 4 tires twice during the time I used it because it would drop all the way down to 15 psi. This place needs to have their vehicles serviced before renting them out. Also, returning the vehicle they had closed the gate, leaving nowhere safe to leave the vehicle and didn't answer any phone calls.

The tire pressure was extremely low and I was told to "drive on it anyway. And if you want - fill it up yourself." Which I had to use my reserved time for.

Did early check-in the night before. Still had to go through the process at the counter which was very easy, but doesn't seem to be a point to the early check-in.

Not the usual UHaul garage that I would expect, looks more like repair yard. I was told that it is open until 4PM. I arrived in the location before 4PM but the office was closed. The most disappointing part is that the uHaul app is not working properly.

I have a split review. Most importantly- the truck I rented to move from California to Georgia was EXCELLENT!!! I felt safe and secure. The truck was well maintained and trustworthy. Because of this I will use and recommend Uhaul for many years to come. On a sadder note- The location where they had me pick the truck up was horrible. It was dirty, completely un equipped and the man who served me was rude, condescending and poorly informed. He literally said to me - "they just drop off the truck and I give it to you. It has nothing to do with me. " I will never use or enter his lot again, and I will be a lot more careful which Uhaul shops I deal with in the future.

No patience! I needed help getting the truck off the side walk. He got really upset when asked employee to assist. After that he proceeded to help me get to the street by stopping ✋traffic and escort me out. Very rude 

Wanted (2) furniture Dollies but the location only had one. Owner offered me a utily dolly instead and I said no and didn't take it with me. Just got final bill and was charged $14 for it. I would like it removed from bill. Contract # 27763770 Thank you

They were 30 minutes late on giving me my truck, because they had to use it for dropping of a car being towed by it. So I waited on site for that extra 30. They had the gas at the wrong level on the form from what the actual truck had, and I couldn't update it via the link because I had to wait so long for the truck, it expired and the guy wouldn't send me another one. So I had to call and email uhaul and fill in the missing pictures. Not to mention absolutely ZERO regular cleaning at all, since I found trash in the truck, so that means my safety with Covid was at an all time high and I needed this truck, so I was stuck by your company. And to put the cherry on top, they had the truck set to kilometers, so when I went to turn it in, they thought I drove 20 000 miles because of the kilometers setting. I hated the pickup location, and it was outright disrespectful to have me go there.

There were many issues we had to deal with. The truck was very dirty to begin with. There was next to no fuel. I'm glad I got credited for it, when I filled up the tank, but it was still frustrating nonetheless. Worst of all there was a good amount of broken glass and debris in the back. This is tough as we were moving things and we didnt want them damaged. We were on a time crunch as well. All in all a very poor experience if I must say so myself.
