The store closed early but they should have known the truck was parked in mud

County Market employees had issues logging into the U-Haul system so check-in took about 40 minutes. The truck, both the cab and the storage area had garbage, including old food in open wrappers, in them and the cab was very dirty overall. The gas tank was almost on empty.

Ladies were lovely unfortunately their system was down so we couldn't get the truck checked out. Waited for an hour and it still didn't work. Overall a horrible uhaul experience and will be using pensake moving forward

The young man helping me had serious issues with the rental website. He tried hard, but the rental process took a really long time.

It sounded like wind coming in the entire time. Hubby and I both had massive headaches by the time we were finished. No cruise control, just standard yet cost the same as one with all the bells and whistles. Not impressed at all.

I reserved the trailer online, i opted out of the safe tow coverage because I have full coverage that would cover such incidents. The location added this to my bill without asking me. I am not happy with the deceitful practices at this location and will be challenging the charge on my credit card.

No follies or furniture carts were available. Had to go to another location and they only had an oblong cart. We had to buy a dollie for $53!

Charged for 2 days. Had it from Saturday morning at 9?? Am. Until 645ish pm. Less than 12 hours. Got it on 3/8 of a tank of gas. Returned with just over 1/2 a tank. Drove right at 103 miles. And was charged. 235 dollars. Really. That's crazy. The employee who did paper work was not knowledgeable of the equipment offered at all. Guess should be Thankful we even got the dolly. Because sure didn't get anything else. Will not be renting from here again

The store did not have the key for the truck we originally rented. We also rented a dolly but they couldn't get into the truck to get it. We still got charged for it. The truck got stuck because the tires were extremely bald so it couldn't get traction in our driveway. We were told to call the area manager when we went to return the truck but he didn't answer our calls. We filled the truck over half a tank but it stated it was under half a tank. The online services do not work whatsoever! Total rating 2 out of 5 stars if that. Would not recommend.

This is the only trailer of this kind in a 30+ mile radius and returning it back to the same dealer was a pain. I was frustrated because it was my only option.

Would like a credit rented car Dolly had it for 30 minutes never got car on it because car was a low profile thanks
