The people here made a truly awful experience with Uhaul turn into a pleasant one. They went above and beyond to help us since the first location was AWFUL!!! The first place tried to tell us the check engine light was okay to drive. NO! The people at County Market -- Top Notch!!!

David ACounty Market employees had issues logging into the U-Haul system so check-in took about 40 minutes. The truck, both the cab and the storage area had garbage, including old food in open wrappers, in them and the cab was very dirty overall. The gas tank was almost on empty.
Julie KLadies were lovely unfortunately their system was down so we couldn’t get the truck checked out. Waited for an hour and it still didn’t work. Overall a horrible uhaul experience and will be using pensake moving forward
