Again, the people and the process was quick, easy, and friendly. Location recommendation is N/A because it was selected by U-Haul themselves when they confirmed my reservation. I did not choose it.

Kehaulani MankleThe Uhaul App did not work. It was frustrating to check out and return the truck. Luckily the people helping when I called to let them know the app wasn't working were great. The app never asked for pictures when I arrived and it didn't accept the pictures when I dropped off plus the upload time was ridiculous. There are 5 steps and it would start over each time I got to step 5. I did the whole process 3 times in 30 degree weather so that was really frustrating. Finally I called and spoke to a representative who helped.

JOSEPH LEAThe only thing was it wasn't updated to the overall computer system, probably because it was a Saturday, so that the other place in AZ emailed me Tuesday saying it hadn't been checked in. They worked it out and all was well!

Steve HahnThe mobile app didn't work for pickup or drop off. I had to go in for pickup and had to call for drop off. Bad experience with the mobile app.
Jeffry MartinIt has less to do with the location and more to do with the fact that we reserved a truck. Ended up being late because of an accident then when we showed up to get it after hours the app and website wouldn't let us check in so it took another hour and half to get a truck that ended up being bigger and more expensive than we needed because that's all they had available. Very disappointed in the app and ease of renting a vehicle. Turning it back in also took probably 20-30 minutes
Tyler Iversonthe 20 foot truck swayed back and forth on the highway, it was difficult to drive in a straight line. Also had trouble starting it several times. So glad we only had to drive it 40 miles, it would have been impossible on a longer trip. Will not rent from this location again as employee did not care. Old, poorly maintained truck.

Christopher GoldI regularly rent from Cullens Rentals. The gentleman who helps me is always friendly and has great suggestions and ideas. The equipment is in good condition, works well, and performs how I would expect it to. I will be renting again in just two weeks, and can expect similar great customer service!
John MeaneaIt said it was going to charge me $60 but I actually charge me 160. I waited two days for the deposit to go back to my bank account and then when the transaction was final it was at $160 charge without the hundred dollar deposit. They did not give me back my hundred dollars. I use the U-Haul for two hours. I am mad. Like truly angry because I feel like I got taken advantage of. I'm a single mom now living in a hotel and they just fucked me over.

Gordon SmithThey didn't have the enclosed trailer, but they a good alternative for us. The service was great. Their location is very easy to get in and out of. They have a lot of land, so no problems parking and getting our trailer.
