Gentlemen who took care of us was very professional, took time to explain everything to us when we returned the trailer a day early and at night after closing, woke up the next morning to an already processed refund without having to call and make arrangements. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Josie WExcellent customer service. The 16ft. Truck was clean and a strong puller. Unfortunately the truck had no cruise control option. Rental is expensive for us but so is everything. The car dolly had some issues on the 1200 mile journey one tail light had no screws and fell off. I found a place to stop and fix it on temporarily. The other tail light had electrical issues and was off and on constantly. Other than that everything went smoothly. I recommend doing an inspection before your journey.
Aarda WExtremely respectful and polite interaction and customer service!
Jenya VLet people know about the gas you want put into the u-haul. That was confusing to me that I couldn't use regular unleaded. Other than that it all went well.
