Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avis1st guy didn't speak to me when I turned in the tow dolly just waved me on; the 2nd was busy eating while checking me in.
urcula cGentlemen who took care of us was very professional, took time to explain everything to us when we returned the trailer a day early and at night after closing, woke up the next morning to an already processed refund without having to call and make arrangements. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Joshua QVery quick, easy drop off.
Josie WExcellent customer service. The 16ft. Truck was clean and a strong puller. Unfortunately the truck had no cruise control option. Rental is expensive for us but so is everything. The car dolly had some issues on the 1200 mile journey one tail light had no screws and fell off. I found a place to stop and fix it on temporarily. The other tail light had electrical issues and was off and on constantly. Other than that everything went smoothly. I recommend doing an inspection before your journey.
