The inside seemed dirty, so it may be good to wipe it down with sanitized wipes, or at least have some in the glove box. Then the customer could clean as well.

The cargo van seats had foul smell and weren't cleaned

Truck was disgusting, smelt like total garbage, wasn't swept and made all my items stink a very unique smell. Absolutely disgusting. Second, booked dollies, and as always none were available at this location or the main location. The truck drove loose steering and felt dangerous to drive and lack of dollies cost me nearly 3 extra labour hours with all the stairs and heat for hired help. Absolutely zero stars. Will be switching and recommending other truck rental companies in future

Please ensure your vehicles are finely tuned. I found that the vehicle engine was loud and would take too many rpms before it shifted gear

The receptionist at night was not as informed about the uhaul systems and also did not have the right attitude as I was having problems returning the truck. The uhaul systems were also really slow, and both pickup and return requests/submissions failed a couple of times.

There are no signs on where the uhaul reception is. I later found out that it's a part of days inn, but initially I was looking around. Some form of signage will be helpful.

I had the worst experience of my life with this rental and location..I am extremely pissed off and upset of how I was treated and the condition of the truck they wanted to give me especially now during covid19 the truck they wanted to give me was extremely dirty like it was never cleaned so I asked for a new one and she was upset..but she did give me a better truck and then I had to pay for the truck at pick up not return and I wasn't able to pay by the method I wanted to..and then they never advised me of the return process so I had to do it they the app which was fine if I had known..but I had to keep running back and forth to the already parked truck at the back of the building to take pictures and the rep was rude and no help..I asked for help And all she could say is am only a Days in employee..they wanted me to pay a cleaning fee but I am refusing because it is very clear that these trucks do not get cleaned..unless am wrong..the has been the worst experience of my life..I will not be renting from uhaul again or referring to you anyone..I do not want to pay for this rental..I called and logged and complained already as soon as my rental was completed on Thursday..can someone please get back to me at 4167313373.

Reserved dolly and blankets for moving, reservation said these would be in the truck at pick up. On site employee advised they don't have these items and I would have to go to another location. Not impressed.

U haul was not clean from inside and on seats have pet hairs. It's should not be self check out because it's gonna take some time for the first time renter and the reception desk is not helpful to do it. It's takes too long and I got half hour late to pickup because your system was not getting my location, it seems hard for first time user's and old school people who prefer to talk to person rather than to do online.

I fill the gas to the exact point when i took the truck, but still owner made me paid extra $$$. also my bill was 182 $for some reason he charged me 132 $only and dint tell me that i have to pay 50 $few days later i got email from U-haul saying i owe 80 $total 50 $from bill and 30 $late payment fees. what nonsense is that. not happy with customer service

Do not book on line those locations which do not provide any service . Due to uhaul online service and non cooperative staff of days inn. I cannot get my stuff on time and one day extra was charged which was totally unethical by uhaul company

When entering driveway, it's not very clear where to go. Almost feels like you're at the wrong place. Everything else was great, especially not being busy like the Main Street location.

The right side view mirror was cracked and it was hard to get judgment of the cars coming from the sides. Also the side view mirrors were not adjustable because it was rusted! I had to move my head front and back to make out if someone was on my side.... It was pretty dangerous! Uhaul! Please keep your vehicles maintained! Good thing was that the vehicle was kept clean! I thank Jesus for keeping me safe!

Nobody told me about the fuel price that I have to fill the tank off the gas but when the bill was made in the fuel charge was almost triple so I lost around40 $-50 $. Can you please refund my money on the fuel

The app experience was bad. I was not able to take photos in the app, after I took the photo, nothing happened. I had to check in using the front desk. Even for check out. Please fix the app! Samsung S20 FE on high speed LTE network with accurate GPS outside.

ungenuine charges, i didn't get the fuel tank which was as stated in the contract after letting the person at desk know about that he said it was half only and I took the pictures for the proof too but nothing happened

The truck was dirty in the back cab and the front. I found receipts and a used mask that I left where I found it. The check tire pressure light was on the entire rental. I was charged a 25 $cleaning fee!! What are you charging people a cleaning fee for if you don't provide clean trucks?? And what's the point of the pictures???

There was a padlock that required a code to open the trunk of the truck. The worker at this location had no idea why it was on and how to open it. They told me to call uhaul. I was on the phone for 45 minutes and no one picked up. I had scheduled movers who I was late for. Eventually after 45 minutes the worker called uhaul to find out and they got four codes and told me to try them. It was a terrible situation. Then I bought furniture pads and that was never provided to me and I only realized after over an hour of trying to get the truck and after I left that I didn't have them so I need to get a refund for that. And then the work at this location could not explain the change in price

I took a picture of the fuel before I got on the truck, I left it at the same level of gasoline and then it came out that that was not the level of gasoline with which I left it, they are cheating me and charging an extra 46 $.

System was down and they were not able to charge me even though my card was preauthorized. Now getting emails credit collections. Someone should tell me that what I have to do. If you're system is down and not processing payments then its not customers fault.

Extremely pathetic customer service. I returned the truck at the same fuel level and I am being charged extra for fuel. I raised a concern during drop and denied the charges. I received a message someone will call me in next 48 hours, but no one called me. I called after 3 days and they raised a ticket for me. It is more than 5 days now and no one got back to me. Extremely poor experience and not worth using it in future and would never recommend to any of my friends.

The cabin wasn't clean - I wonder if it was disinfected at all While booking the truck on line, no where I was informed that I was going to be charged additional costs per mileage - It wasn't until I dropped the truck I was told I owed 100 $for additional charges - Very disappointed. Uncleanness of the equipment and not even sanitized. I had to sanitize the steering wheel myself which caused me to go over my rental hours. And then I was charged additional 25 $dollars for the mess that I never made.

I rented a dolly and they told me when I arrived there that there wasn't any available. The attendant at the front was extremely rude. When I asked him why he was being so rude he shouted at me and refused to assist me with checkout and refused to take the keys from me He left me waiting for a whole hour after I had moved all day. Then stated that he did this to be vindictive. This was the WORST uhaul experience I have EVER had. I will NEVER go here again.
