Extremely pathetic customer service. I returned the truck at the same fuel level and I am being charged extra for fuel. I raised a concern during drop and denied the charges. I received a message someone will call me in next 48 hours, but no one called me. I called after 3 days and they raised a ticket for me. It is more than 5 days now and no one got back to me. Extremely poor experience and not worth using it in future and would never recommend to any of my friends.DARSHAN M.

Uncleanness of the equipment and not even sanitized. I had to sanitize the steering wheel myself which caused me to go over my rental hours. And then I was charged additional $25 dollars for the mess that I never made.Shoaib S.

I rented a dolly and they told me when I arrived there that there wasn't any available. The attendant at the front was extremely rude. When I asked him why he was being so rude he shouted at me and refused to assist me with checkout and refused to take the keys from me He left me waiting for a whole hour after I had moved all day. Then stated that he did this to be vindictive. This was the WORST uhaul experience I have EVER had. I will NEVER go here again.SHARDAE H.

I ordered a 20' truck, a furniture dolly, and 24 furniture pads. NONE of which were properly given. I was going to be given a 15' truck, but I made them switch it to 20' I was given a Utility Dolly, which is not a furniture dolly, i told them I didn't want it (but i was still charged for it) I was told on the day I picked up the truck that they don't have furniture pads and I had to go somewhere else to get it. WHY was i not told there were not furniture pads available? Why was able to order furniture pads from a location that DIDN'T have them? Why was I able to order a furniture dolly from a location that didn't have one? Why was a I forced to add an extra 45 min to my morning so that I could round up the supplies I needed for my move? Why was I not told when I made the order that furniture pads and furniture dolly were not available from my pick-up location. Moving days are tough. We wake up early, to get the truck, spend 8 hours moving from one house to the next, the easiest part should be picking up the truck and supplies that I rented. Instead I had to drive out of my way to get what I needed, AND i had to drive out of my way AGAIN to return them all. MOREOVER, I was STILL charged for a furniture dolly, even though I wasn't offered one, and I denied the offer of a utility dolly. Terribly service, terrible customer service, overall bad experience.JESSE R.

The cargo van I rented had clearly NOT been cleaned or serviced in a long time. The interior was filthy. Bags of chips were found in glove boxes, old water bottles, tim hortons cups, chips and crumbs on the floor, and someone's old disposable mask was on the dashboard. There had also been a tea or coffee spill on the vehicle dashboard that was not cleaned. The front passenger tire was heavily deflated and nearly flat. The vehicle was on E (empty) as I turned it on the first time. FInally, I paid $7 extra to use a dolly to move furniture and that was not included in the vehicle. I believe I was able to be reimbursed for the dolly but the experience driving a filthy possibly covid infested vehicle was not the least bit appealing. I would not recommend this location or company to anyone if this is how vehicles are "maintained." Some photos were taken of the vehicle (cups behind the passenger seat and low air pressure warning on the dashboard)Jamila J.
U-Haul customers service skills sucks! I called 6 times and no one answered. When I arrived to the front desk and ask her why she wasn't answering she lied to my face saying she didn't hear the phone ring! That's BSDELLAN M.
