Do not book on line those locations which do not provide any service . Due to uhaul online service and non cooperative staff of days inn. I cannot get my stuff on time and one day extra was charged which was totally unethical by uhaul companySHAFIQURREHMA R.
When entering driveway, it's not very clear where to go. Almost feels like you're at the wrong place. Everything else was great, especially not being busy like the Main Street location.MARLONSHELTON R.
The right side view mirror was cracked and it was hard to get judgment of the cars coming from the sides. Also the side view mirrors were not adjustable because it was rusted! I had to move my head front and back to make out if someone was on my side.... It was pretty dangerous! Uhaul! Please keep your vehicles maintained! Good thing was that the vehicle was kept clean! The truck was dirty in the back cab and the front. I found receipts and a used mask that I left where I found it. The check tire pressure light was on the entire rental. There was a padlock that required a code to open the trunk of the truck. The worker at this location had no idea why it was on and how to open it. They told me to call uhaul. I was on the phone for 45 minutes and no one picked up. I had scheduled movers who I was late for. Eventually after 45 minutes the worker called uhaul to find out and they got four codes and told me to try them. It was a terrible situation. Then I bought furniture pads and that was never provided to me and I only realized after over an hour of trying to get the truck and after I left that I didn't have them so I need to get a refund for that. Extremely pathetic customer service. I returned the truck at the same fuel level and I am being charged extra for fuel. I raised a concern during drop and denied the charges. I received a message someone will call me in next 48 hours, but no one called me. I called after 3 days and they raised a ticket for me. It is more than 5 days now and no one got back to me. Extremely poor experience and not worth using it in future and would never recommend to any of my friends.DARSHAN M.
