Having to go to multiple locations to pick up truck then also go to another location for packing blankets and equipment. Also doing self checkout while people are there working. Poor setup.

Nina RI was disappointed with my pickup experience. The staff member assisting me was not helpful at all and spent most of the time on a personal video call. The call was also very loud, which made the pickup process uncomfortable and unprofessional. I expected better customer service and attention during the pickup. Hopefully, management can address this so customers receive a more professional and respectful experience in the future.
GURLEEN SU haul itself was a shit. I got a call 1 hr before my pickup that truck is not available and they charge me for dolly but didn’t give me any dolly as there was dolly on this location.
