First, I wanted a closer location to myself, but nobody called me to discuss any change of plans or problems with my reservation. I just received a text the morning before that I had to go an extra 20 minutes out of my way, on twisty/ turny roads to get to it. That's on U-Haul/ requested store. Then, upon arriving, the lady at the register had to call the owner of the store to make sure she didn't screw it up. After 2 attempts, she ended up calling U-Haul directly to get me going. It took over a half an hour for the whole process. I was now running nearly an hour behind on my original plan. The cab of the truck hadn't been cleaned or even vacuumed in a while. Someone's crumbs were still in the holding area on top the dash.
Daniel SWell it wasn’t where I got the uhaul it was uhaul it’s self first the place I reserved the uhaul from didn’t have it then sent me to a location that cost me a extra 50 miles then when I got the uhaul it didn’t have a moving truck/ dolly so it made it hard to move a lot of my things and hard to find someway of getting one

Phil BThe 5x8 trailer had a hole in the floor which was covered with the moving blankets. When I reached my destination the trailer floor and some of the moving blankets were wet.

ALAN SWas not allowed to drop off the trailer at my preferred location. The Lady at Lone Star U haul in Oakland Md. would not let me drop off my rental with out an additional charge of 98 dollars on a 26 dollar rental.When I asked to use her phone at the office to call the u haul place that I picked up the trailer from she refused me.When I asked her for her name she told me she didn`t have to tell me that.I ended up having to drive the trailer back to the original place that I rented it from. An additional 30 mile round trip. She knew that and didn`t care.Do not understand why I incurred her wrath, very disappointed at the lack of empathy and customer service.
Anthony WThis was my first time renting from U-Haul. It was a very easy, hassle free experience at The Deerwood Service Center. Ron was fantastic and very friendly. I'm not sure what the lady's name was when I returned the truck, but she was very friendly as well. I would absolutely go to them again and recommend them.
Michael HGreat place! Our drop off was just before closing and with a training employee but the owner had no problem quickly coming in to assist and made sure we were happy with the process and service. Awesome - will give them our business every chance we can.
