Renting a U-Haul and moving are already complicated annoying tasks. You would think you can count on you all to make that task, simple and easy, but Mr. Rusty had different plans for me and so did u haul. My reservation was completely wrong, and I was given trouble every step of the way, not to mention the severity of Rusty‘s rudeness and trying to guilt trip me about extending the Reservation I had already requested before hand for 3 days, it was very hard to communicate with and he hung up on me. This person does not know customer service at all and frankly making U-Haul look horrible because after using U-Haul all over the country things to this experience I probably will never use U-Haul again.
HUNTER HHad to do everything on my own. The lady working had no clue how to do anything for UHaul. Had to even do all the hook ups and talk to a uhaul rep on the phone because the woman working had no idea what to do.
