The van was dirty I received no paperwork and she was rude. Made me give 100 cash deposit and refused to return my money when I returned the van.

Not a trustable location! Conned me with gas charges when I definitely replaced the fuel before returning. Make sure you take photos and accompany them to review the vehicle upon return. Or take your business elsewhere!

you charged me a total of $103,3 to go from Sanford to UCF Orlando during a 2 hour period. Plus I put gas back to where it was for $15, making the total cost $118.30. A total rip-off.

My truck was to be picked up at 8:00. After the pickup location was closed. Somebody dropped the ball and I was unable to connect to the" 24-7" system to pick up my truck. I got on the phone to your customer service line and held for 50 minutes before someone picked up. In the meantime I tried to open a chat with Uhaul and was disconnected by two different people. Once you customer service line picked up they fumbled around and were unable to help because the dealer was never notified that I was picking up the truck so she had not left keys in the pick up box or put my hand truck in the van. I got lucky when the owner of the store drove by her business and saw me waiting by the van. She stopped to investigate and I explained what was going on. She graciously opened her business to help me pick up the truck. As bad as Uhaul screwed up Dee was willing and able to fix it and save me. Uhaul sucks, thank god for their retailers

The vehicle was dirty and I had to stop by my house and clean it up. I had the left rear tire that was gasping for air, it really was a disaster renting at this place. I am not going back to that place.

I can't think of a thing, except have more smaller trucks - 20 ft and less.

They charged me for a 3 day rental when I only reserved it for one day. Took 4 days for that to be refunded and charged correctly. I was not prepared for that.

Maybe just make it a little more noticeable for customers to know it's actually a drop off location. Otherwise, the service was excellent
