I have for years used this location for my truck rental needs. They always have what I need and the service is always friendly and first rate.JEFFERY B.
I reserved a truck on Friday 11/19/21 in the evening to pick up on Saturday at 8am. I received a call Saturday 11/20/21 telling me that there was no truck available. Makes me wonder what is the point of making a reservation??. And they are quite rude too, I asked about the guarantee on the the site which stated (we guarantee a truck or will pay you 50,00 $ ) of course they had a smart answer for that.... Your reservation was not confirmed... Lying bustards. They really messed me upAYUB M.

The only issue I have is this is the 2nd time I have picked up and had to go get gas right away. When time is the essence having to make an additional stop is really not cool. This also puts more miles which costs more.BRUCE R.
Actually clean your vehicles. There was hair and crumbs and looked like gum stuck to the seat. Looked like a soda spilled on the dash and no one cleaned it. Mary is very rude. She needs a lot of customer service lessons. I will not return to this location.SHANELLE L.

Uhaul truck had weather strip damaged and falling off so the door didn't shut fully and when it rained it flooded the entire passengers side of truck. Leftover cigarettes where in the ashtray. Booger was on handle. When you turned the a/c or heater completely off it REEKED of rat piss. Steering wheel was completely off center at a 10 o clock position. Ball joints squeaked loudly. The lady at the uhaul place was unfriendly and seemed like I was a bother to herJosh P.

The lady who checked out the U-Haul needs a lesson in customer service. Her snide tone, rude and unwelcoming demeanor were awful. There was no â€˜hello', no kindness, it was as if we were putting her out. Perhaps if she gave up smoking she wouldn't be hacking all over people.HENRY G.

That lady who works at this location, needs a better attitude. Right off the bat, she was rude. She does not appear to enjoy her job. Additionally, she does not explain anything to customers and expects them to "figure it out". I too work in customer service/healthcare. She should not have this much of an attitude. Location was closed when I returned the truck on Saturday, so there was no in-person check out. THEN they charged me 50 $for a cleaning fee. I know that I left the truck clean. When I called to complain they would not accept my request. THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING.GREGORY G.

I was told that I would be able to pick up both my tow dolly & truck from this location. I went there 2 weeks ahead of time and asked to make sure bc I only wanted a single pickup location. The guy I spoke to told me yes no problem and I made a reservation with him. A day before my rental pickup come to find out it's 2 different locations. I was in the middle of a cross-country move so an additional pickup was one more thing that I really didnt want to deal with. Obviously not the end of the world but a little annoying.Nick B.

I asked the person checking me out about the fee of 705,92 $ when the quote was for 640 $. She stated the the extra amount would be refunded to my account after the equipment was returned. I just received my bill and it was for 705 $. I called and the young man who answered stated that it was taxes and not any amount to be refunded with the return of the equipment. This is very misleading, if the person at the rental place had told me it was taxes this would not be an issue. Communication with customers is a key to business success and for u-haul this time your employees failed to communicate appropriate information. I will not recommend anyone use u-haul because of the initial miscommunication and the inability of the second to listen and consider the situation I presented.Karen S.

I ordered a 26ft truck. I get there and only 15ft truck available. They over sold. I had to make multiple trips which then charges me more miles. No discount. Not even a sorrySharyl G.

The gal running the facility was very rude. We needed some assistance with adjusting the receiver and she informed us we should have been more prepared. My husband is 80 years old and had to adjust it, cutting his hand in the process. I have been to other facilities that were more than happy to assist. As far as I am concerned she needs a different job away from people. Bad experience. I will think twice before renting any uhaul equipment.CHERYL L.

I drove from Gig Harbor and asked to use the restroom the lady was quite cold told me they don't have a restroom. I ask where one would be she said she didn't know. Maybe the library but not sure if they're open. What's a customer to do? This isnt rightCARLA M.

Horrible experience. The manager Mary was a nightmare, and accused us of leaving the truck dirty. The truck was filthy when we got it and even had a old face mask in it. I called Mary to try to get the 25 $cleaning fee removed and she didn't listen to a word I said and accused me of lying and leaving glass and dirt all over the truck. Mind you we used the truck for three hours to move furniture across town. When I called the first time she said she wasn't going to worry about my concern since she was eating lunch and showed no interested in working with me. Also my girlfriend asked to use the bathroom and all she said was â€œnopeâ€. I will add that the other staff member was extremely kind, and would be better fit as the manager by a long shot.CAIRAYNE M.
We had items to return for cash: roll of tape; wrong plug in proved for hitch at the Bend Store Redmond store sold us correct adapter but wouldn't take the erroneous adapter; and an extra box not used.ROBERT JAMES D.

Location appeared to be pretty bare bones, but the employee behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. I still don't understand how leaving the vehicle in a place that was neither my ultimate destination or my pickup location was more economical than one of those would have been, and unfortunately a Tacoma dropoff leaves a Bremerton resident stranded.Dawn M.

Your reservation center set up my reservation at a location that closed earlier than my 6hr return. Reservation center needs to look at when the rental needs to be returned to coincide with the return timeSergio H.

Picking up the Uhaul was great. The initial gal who helped us was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. When I went to return the truck I met another worker. I believe her name is Mary. She did not welcome me or say hello. Her first words as she stepped way to close to my face was â€œgive me the key.â€ I didn't even get the chance to ask her who she was before she took the key from my hand and walked out the door. Shortly after she comes back in and states â€œyou are slightly off so do you want to go get gas orâ€¦?â€ Before I could respond the gal who originally helped us informed her that we paid for a service that we saw online when we rented the truck called safe trip benefits. The service was explained to us that we pay a 5 dollar fee and it covers the first three gallons of gas. We were not going far and we knew that we would not use 3 gallons of gas. We figured that was saving us money. The gal who originally helped us said the same thing. Upon returning the vehicle and being serviced by this Mary who appears to hate her life and job, we were told something different. I would not be so pissed right now if Mary would have been kinder. She not only gave us attitude but she called on the phone to verify with someone else that what we were told was correct. After she was told by this other person that that is a deal online, She was even more rude ( i didn't think it could have been possible she could be more rude but surprises do happen in life) to her partner working with her and to us. Once the nice gal left Mary was talking under her breath about how she doesn't know how to compensate the expense and how she doesn't understand the fee. Both my wife and I are waiting for our check and are basically being talked down to indirectly. Mary then says our total and tells us we are done. I don't get an offer of a receipt, I don't get a thank you or have a nice day. I don't even get a look in the eye from her. I get a bill and shove out the door. A few hours after returning the vehicle I get a call from an unknown number. When I answer it just so happened to be my most favorite person everâ€¦. NOT! It was Mary. This phone call was all for her because she starts in telling us that we were wrong and she was right. Although she states she won't charge us for the gas she pretty much drives in her point like a dog in heat that we should have gassed up. We drove a total of 5 miles in the truck. Why is this thing of a woman needing to make such a significant point that we didn't gas up? She has nothing better to do but spread her own hate and discontent in life? We will NEVER recommend uhaul on 6th Ave in Tacoma to anyone we know and we don't plan on ever going back. Mary needs an attitude adjustment. I've worked in jails and prisons most my life and I have better behaved inmates than that. Thanks but no thanks Mary! And to the other gal who originally helped us: thank you! You were a pleasure and a light. You don't need to work in that crap hole. You deserve better than Mary!Jennifer D.
This is absolutely not the employees fault, but when I went to pick up my rental there wasn't one available for me. There was a note in my reservation indicating that uhaul tried to contact me and was unable to leave a message. I scrolled through my phone call log and I had no missed calls from an unknown number. I don't think that uhaul tried to contact me at all. Luckily they had reserved another truck at a location close by that I was able to receive. Returning was easy. Until the next day, I received a call stating I had not returned the uhaul. The agent I spoke to on the phone said it was in my paper contract that I had to process this return online. I did not receive a paper contract. I combed my email to see if I missed something, I did not. I contacted the rental site directly and the person I spoke with was so reassuring, they had the truck and said there was nothing that I needed to do other than return when I did. I'm not sure where the disconnect was between uhaul and the direct rental site. It was a lot of issues for one day of rental.Kieran B.
The attendant didn't give me any instructions, my cell phone was at home, I didn't get the instructions until after I returned the rental. I couldn't answer the questions about mileage or gas. I purchased the gas as required. I do not think that I should pay you another 20 $. The attendant was too busy telling me about her sister in Arizona, who had a horrible HOA. She could have said to me to check the text message fir additional instructions. I checked the message after I got home , returned to the store, but couldn't sign because I had placed the keys in the drop box.Wanda M.
