The lady who checked us in was quick and efficient. When we told her about the problems with the truck, she said it should have never gone out from the Pasco location
DIANE SAt first, I got a call directed me to return the trailer to a very dangerous part of town. I’m a senior citizen and I was afraid to go there. I went to my original drop off location and they were very kind and understanding and took great care of me.
DEBRA TThe two women I worked with not very pleasant. One never say goodbye when a phone call. She just hung up. The other didn't even reply when I said "Thanks...have a good rest of the day." Not a horrible experience, but unpleasant enough that I won't go back there.
ANDREW MI won’t be returning. Poor customer service. They must be use to dealing with garbage people and that’s their baseline for doing business.
