Delbert DEverything went smooth. I did report to Van's Appliance that the truck's driver side door lock was inoperable with a key. Had to push the lock and open it by entering the passenger side door.

Stephen OYour billing. My company uses rentals quite a bit and going through tolls is a must. My card is hit with about 100 different charges for $1-2 per toll, yet no invoice I receive reflects. I recommend having a lump sum total for tolls once equipment is returned so it is easy to track when expensing.

NATHAN WEngine cowling was not fastened on the passenger side and allowed more engine noise than usual. I did not notice the fastener until I was cleaning out the truck at drop off. I notified the drop off location and they took care of it.
Dennis WI couldn't pull out the loading ramp due to a piece of metal underneath the ramp had practically come apart and was stopping the ramp from coming out. I had to crawl under the truck and push the metal piece up while my son pulled the ramp out each time we used it.

Karen DThe customer service was excellent! The truck apparently needs some mechanical work, which the owner was truly unaware, and he made it right! The owner's customer service attitude isn't seen much this day! The overall appearance on of the business is clean, and the location is great if you live in the Meridiana community!
