I rented from another store, but when I arrived to pick up the trailer I was sent to the Man el store 20 miles away.

Overall location customer service is great. Overall truck satisfaction was not very good.while unloading truck noticed all my boxes and furniture and mattress was all wet.truck has a hole in roof which leaked while raining. After turning truck back in notified employee and she took picture of hole and notified u-haul.

The equipment is I. Extremely poor condition, numerous damage, difficult controlling the equipment with the auto. This equipment has to be remove from inventory and do not allow another rental

customer service was fantastic. The gentleman that was working was very nice and helpful with any questions that I had. I went into the office and everything was ready. When I got into the vehicle, there was bottle water for me. That was a nice refreshing surprise and was well appreciated when I was moving the furniture in the hot texas sun. I would recommend this uhaul rental place and I will be back .

Employee processed my return incorrectly, triggering a late charge. Now I'm battling the company trying to prove that I did not return it late and trying to reverse the late fee. When HQ couldn't find the equipment in their system, an employee called me. I told her when and where I returned it but she couldn't find the location in their system. She did nothing and allowed the late fee to go through.

Over all was a great rental until I webt to turn it in the odometer aDds 100 miles needs to be recalibrated I only went 236 bot 336 miles so they got another 68. Dollars
