I honestly cannot think of anything. My experience at this location is so good, I prefer coming here over places closer to me. I only wish the location open a little earlier. I even wait until 10:am to rent the equipment there.

The site is messy during wet weather- almost all surfaces are caliche. No city-type person likes to get their shoes muddy when picking up/dropping off equipment.

The mobile pick up was cumbersome and time consuming and I doubt I would ever use it again. Luckily, the location agent showed up unexpectedly and completed my pick up to get me on the road quickly. Highly recommend this location!

This is the second time we have used Diamond Storage to rent a U-Haul. This time we rented a 15' truck. It was clean and ready on time. We did not have any problems with the truck. We are very pleased with our experience.

My experience with UHAUL has always been great with the exception of a dealer on Cullen Blvd. Therefore, I was hesitate to use another UHAUL dealer. However, I tried Diamond Storage because they were close to my location and I was so happy that I did. The service was outstanding! I believe the lady who waited on me was Jennifer. She was professional, very understanding, and extremely helpful. I would recommend this location and if I need to use UHAUL again, I will consider this dealer!
