Right turn signal did not function on van. Otherwise the location seemed fine. The pick up process on the phone was a bit frustrating. Took nearly 40 minutes.

Ruy PintoAlthough I opted for the app pick up, there were customers there who waited for over an hour for an associate to come to the office. It was around 3:30pm. My app experience took an hour before I could get in a truck. I arrived at 3:30 and got into a truck at 4:30. It was extremely cold that day and there was a lot of follow up calls and transfers before everything got done. I was very disappointed. The trunk we got was clean but had a very bad smell. Due to the cold, i couldn't keep the windows open to vent it out. All in all, it wasn't great at all.

nathan CarmichaelThis place is a joke! The guy who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. The truck was dirty and had a tire that needed air and one of the wiper blades needed to be replaced. After I returned the truck, I called to ask about a discrepancy between what I was billed and the amount on the receipt and was yelled at. The guy then called me 7 times while I was on the phone with Uhaul to accuse me of not paying for moving services and sent a text message calling me a pathetic human. The amount he was referring to had been paid in full on December 3. He obviously has no idea what he is doing and should not be dealing with people at all with his lousy attitude. Will be submitting a complaint to Uhaul about this nasty experience.
Stacey McCluneI booked an u haul and i picked it up at 9:30 am and dropped it off at 10 :45 am but in my receipt it was showing I dropped it off at 1:30 pm and adding to that they added 150 kilometres extra which charged me 132$ extra , i called the company and they told me they would give me a call after figuring it out but the issue hasn’t resolved yet.

Brian DalzieoThe truck was so dented and smashed up that not one panel on the truck was not completely dented in. It was dirty inside, outside and the box liner. Bits of metal pieces were in the box. The windshield was shattered. Not just cracked but shattered. This truck was not at all fit for rental. The agent who checked me in said it was being sent to be totally overhaul after my rental. I sure hope so. Will never rent from that location again. I also had to wait for an hour to pickup the truck as it had not been received in from the previous rent. I have a video of the total outside and inside of the truck when I picked it up, and when I dropped it off, if you want to see what I'm saying. Or call me for more details Tom at 416 725-8684.
Thomas PollockGas tank was not full-just under three quarters Passenger side windshield wiper was scraping the window -some of the metal of the blade was exposed. Check-in could have been smoother-attendant was asking for info I had already submitted prior to the pick-up.If a customer takes the time to submit photos of his driver's license then the attendant should use that info to complete the application.Presentation of the actual license should only be required to verify the identity of the client.
grath sweetnamTruck was filthy, all doors were left unlocked, no damage walk around or damage diagram included, employee seemed not to care about condition. As a renter of a vehicle it is important to me to note all damage to avoid being blamed for someone else's issues. Van floor was filthy not cleaned or even swept.

Gary SanfordFirst off. My vehicle I reserved wasn't available when I came to pick it up. They also closed their office early, which involved the owner to drive back to finally give me the vehicle that I reserved. They wasted an hour of our evening. Second, the vehicle was dirty. Lots of belongings were left in the front and the back of the truck. The vehicle even felt like it needed service when driving it. Had a horrible experience with U-Haul to begin with. We went to 3 different places that evening, wasting our time that we had to move. All because they reserved the vehicle that I needed but wasn't available. Will never, ever deal with U-Haul again.

Sara TriskleOn arrival to pickup trailer no one was there doors were locked no sign on door we did have a reservation we even call U-HAUL to inform them of our 20 minutes late. We waited for 1 hour then started making phone calls, 5 calls later we call the owner sounded like he was with family at home no problem he said we can do the paperwork on the phone. I hooked up the 6x12 trailer and proceeded to my destination. On my return of the trailer again the door was locked no one there. I called the owner again at home just leave the trailer and go I did as instructed. The parking area is a big pot hole you better have a 4x4 and in need of a car wash.
tom fisherThis location was fine and did nothing wrong, however I had originally reserved a small motorcycle trailer from the Commerce Dr. location. When I arrived to pick up, there was no trailer. The clerk had to phone a UHaul central office to locate a trailer and I was sent to this location. The trailer I ended up with was "fine" but it was not made for a motorcycle and was much larger than what I had specifically reserved. I'm mostly disappointed with the uhaul reservation system and not getting what I had reserved
Andrew NewmanMy original rental was to be from Wasaga Beach. When I went in the morning to pick up the trailer there was a double booking. As a result I was redirected to Barrie. A lot of extra miles for me so very unhappy with the overall experience. The Barrie rental location was good.
Doug CrawfordTruck had a leak from damage to roof and was filthy when picked it up. Didn't know of damage to roof when it rained boxes got ruined that had family photos. When we emailed John Mazeral, field manager to inform of the issue we did not even hear a response back when he asked what the damages were. Very disappointing.
