I was told that reservation was camcelled and I was refunded so did that not happen?

I would rate my experience with reserving a unit at 10. Going to set up paperwork, payment, meeting the young man who helped me...another 10 I couldn't be more pleased.

I gave a month notice in person to Macy in August of 2023 that I would be moving out on September 16th because we bought a house and the closing date was the 15th. We did move out left the door opened unit clean never heard anything more until January 27th when I received an email thanking me for my automatic payment on the 29th. They never moved us out but we went and checked the unit and they had put their little tie thing on the door and had the lock and paperwork in the unit for the next customer. They are refusing to pay us the 4 months they owe us.

Very pleased with this storage facility. Always clean and there was always someone that answers the phone should you need assistance. I had 2 units one in the back and one in the middle building. Always Dollie's provided and easy approach to the buildings for loading. Would rent again from them.

I like the do it yourself, but there's a lot of steps. I understand the safety and security of getting the Uhaul but the app needs to be more user friendly. Overall it was a good review

This is a very nice and clean facility. My stuff was there for 14,5 months. Everything came out fine ! No problems!

There was no ceiling over my unit so anyone would be able to get things out of my unit so I had to take my things to a different facility

Never met anyone. Customer Service on the phone was great. Was so impressed that it was inside. Plus a lock included.

Have not moved yet. Will be utilizing storage sometime in April. I have 3 other units at same facility so I know it will be great.

Cleanliness was poor in the hallways and elevator. The elevator had to "propped" to make contact and allow it to raise or lower. This was a problem we encountered on several visits.

Making the reservation was easy but nothing was clear or easy about setting everything up to get access to the unit after 5 phone calls and being hung up on 2 times I finally got access to the unit nothing about do it yourself was do it yourself with the exception of moving everything in !! Very complicated process!

It took 48 minutes to check in and get my keys. The truck was dirty!!!

The facility its self was great. A little dirty feeling since Uhaul bought them out. My main complaint is being able to reach anyone even under the old owner you could never get a person that was actually even familiar with the facility. The call center people were nice but they were of no help anytime I needed to speak to someone. All they could do is send a message to the "property manager".

The process of renting a unit was quick and easy, and I was able to choose from a variety of sizes to find the perfect fit for my needs. The call center is available 24/7 which was very convenient for me to make a payment and the option to set up on autopay. This facility offers climate-controlled units, which was a major selling point for me since I needed to store some delicate items. The security at this facility is top notch, with 24/7 surveillance and secure keypad entry. I felt confident that my belongings were safe and secure while in storage. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this facility and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of storage!

Hours changed. Price went up. Was forced to get insurance. I spoke with someone in May and asked to be moved into a smaller unit since I was only using a quarter of the large unit I was in. I was told I was being put on a waiting list. I watched as you auctioned off many smaller units but I was never contacted to move. When I called back at the end of September to find out if I was going to get a smaller unit, the guy didn't know what I was talking about so the original guy never put the note on my file. The outside of the facility is trashed. Cardboard and garbage all in the gravel and along the sides of the parking area. The brush along the edge has overgrown the driveway so it scratches your vehicle. And the driveway desperately needs paved. Potholes in the pavement and gravel. When I moved in 3 years ago, everything was fine. It's has really gone downhill since then.

Got there and could not get the truck until numerous calls to troubleshoot the issue with location on my mobile device. Was transferred to Uhaul services via phone where the wait time was from 5 to 30 minutes. After 2 hours of waiting and calling I finally got the key and was able to leave the location.

The fact that I cannot get a pro rated refund when I moved out the day after the payment for the month posted on my bank account is shady. I was willing to take a hit on the 5 day notice but then I was told that I would be responsible for the entire month and would not be given a refund for the days not used.

First I will say that I have used this storage building off and on for 6 years thus year new management took over and you can tell. There no convenience of a kiosk and I had called because I couldn't find my gate code sitting in front of the unit and I was told let me contact someone higher up and they will call you. I waited for 30 min finally found My gate code in an email and never got that call. Now the hours of access to you stuff is limited not everyone has access to get there during those hours I had to wait a month just to get my stuff out because the hours were not conducive to a person who works 12 hours days. So with that said thus is experience your may not be the same......oh and I never had a problem with bugs till this year.

This place sucks. I didn't move willingly. They forcefully kicked me out because I "threatened" them with leaving a bad review. They were just mad they couldn't rip us off and change our rent from $35 a month to $95 a month. Garbage people. Garbage place.

The Truck A/C stops blowing through Vents and blows through Defrost only, The Windshield Wipers are worthless in the rain,

Had my units with previous and current management. Transition was smooth and had little affect on us. The units are clean and secure. Would recommend using this facility as will I in the future, as needed.
