Kenneth W | Overall ExperienceI had my storage unit for 15 years. But upon moving out, I realized they have a rodent problem and grass growing through the bottom of the walls. The tops of the units are wide open for the neighbor to put a ladder in their unit to take whatever they want from yours. The hours of the storage unit was the final draw for me. You cannot access your possessions after 8pm est. When the average working person works late, those hours are impossible. Plus no dumpsters to throw trash away. You have to take it with you. Sometimes that's not possible. I wouldn't recommend these units to anyone that works normal hours.
GLENN P | Overall ExperienceThey continue to have intermittent issues with the gate and passcodes not working. Also, I never got a lock for my unit on initial renting like I was told so I had to use my own.

Marc C | ReservationWe’ve rented two units in the past and have had excellent experiences. The process of renting was so simple as was the checking out when we were finished. We’ve just rented a new unit there and again so easy. It is a very secure facility!

Linda H | ReservationI gave a month notice in person to Macy in August of 2023 that I would be moving out on September 16th because we bought a house and the closing date was the 15th. We did move out left the door opened unit clean never heard anything more until January 27th when I received an email thanking me for my automatic payment on the 29th. They never moved us out but we went and checked the unit and they had put their little tie thing on the door and had the lock and paperwork in the unit for the next customer. They are refusing to pay us the 4 months they owe us.

I had 2 units one in the back and one in the middle building. Always Dollie’s provided and easy approach to the buildings for loading. Would rent again from them.

Glenn B | ReservationCleanliness was poor in the hallways and elevator. The elevator had to "propped" to make contact and allow it to raise or lower. This was a problem we encountered on several visits.
Kristen A | Overall ExperienceMaking the reservation was easy but nothing was clear or easy about setting everything up to get access to the unit after 5 phone calls and being hung up on 2 times I finally got access to the unit nothing about do it yourself was do it yourself with the exception of moving everything in !! Very complicated process!

My main complaint is being able to reach anyone even under the old owner you could never get a person that was actually even familiar with the facility. The call center people were nice but they were of no help anytime I needed to speak to someone. All they could do is send a message to the “property manager”.

The call center is available 24/7 which was very convenient for me to make a payment and the option to set up on autopay. This facility offers climate-controlled units, which was a major selling point for me since I needed to store some delicate items. The security at this facility is top notch, with 24/7 surveillance and secure keypad entry. I felt confident that my belongings were safe and secure while in storage. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this facility and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of storage!
Daniel W | Overall ExperienceHours changed. Price went up. Was forced to get insurance. I spoke with someone in May and asked to be moved into a smaller unit since I was only using a quarter of the large unit I was in. I was told I was being put on a waiting list. I watched as you auctioned off many smaller units but I was never contacted to move. When I called back at the end of September to find out if I was going to get a smaller unit, the guy didn't know what I was talking about so the original guy never put the note on my file. The outside of the facility is trashed. Cardboard and garbage all in the gravel and along the sides of the parking area. The brush along the edge has overgrown the driveway so it scratches your vehicle. And the driveway desperately needs paved. Potholes in the pavement and gravel. When I moved in 3 years ago, everything was fine. It's has really gone downhill since then.
