Uhaul as a whole needs a system that works on Android, not just I-Phone. Very difficult when using an Android phone

Charles CThis was an unmanned drop off location. I contacted the person i was instructed to do so, easy transition of leaving the vehicle.
Joel JThe entire app ordeal was a mess. My appointment changed at nearly the last minute to 40 miles further got to the location and it was a 15 foot truck instead of a 10 footer like I ordered. Was told to go to another location to get the 10 footer but was given the wrong address had to call again and finally got the right address. Arrived at location only to be given the run around for almost an hour until with the help of a representative finally was able to access the keys. I dont recommend using U-Haul online mobile app. Very dissatisfied.
