Thank God Don's was open and the guy working was willing to help us! He was awesome (didn't catch his name), got us a smaller truck which is what we needed. The app is a little confusing / don't see where the code is and this location had spotty Internet for me so loading the pictures took a while when we returned it. But overall good experience and Don's is the best!

The stupid process of the reservation with the references with if one of the references has a balance with uhaul should not affect and not allow me to rent when they have nothing to do with the rental, for what if I didn't have anyone to list then I would of never been able rent the truck to move and would of been stuck.
Robert RDons golf club repair, wow!!!!!!! The best golf club repair in Pennsylvania. I brought towed ( by the way they rent haul equipment) my golf cart from my home not far away and as I pulled into the lot a service manager climbed on the trailer identified the problem as to why it wouldn't start and repaired it in the spot. Honesty and integrity from Don's what out of this world. I highly recommend this shop for awesome customer service and great staff. Renting or repairs you can never find a place as fantastic as Dons. More than very satisfying

Kakhaber KIt would have been much easier to be able to load all of our information ahead of time instead of sitting in a parking lot for an hour fighting with signal. At the very least a customer wifi connection would be appropriate.

Michael CMy only issue was is that i got charged the extra miles i had to travel to get the u-haul, i was credited $50 but still got charged an extra 27 for miles i had to travel to return. Poor experience and will search else where next time.
Tylor ROriginal location for pickup didn't set up my vehicle for after hour pickup - no drop box key was setup. Drove almost 200 miles to get this vehicle and almost had to return home, but U-Haul representative on the phone was able to locate me a vehicle 45min away in Lehighton. Not knowing additional information was needed to pick up the rental was a pain in the ass, had to contact multiple people to see if they could vouch for me. Passport? Who the heck walks around with their passport? Receipt for original rental? Well 2 issues with that, 1) it was digital and no way to take a phone of it, 2) it was for my original rental agreement at the other location.
