My only issue was is that i got charged the extra miles i had to travel to get the u-haul, i was credited $50 but still got charged an extra 27 for miles i had to travel to return. Poor experience and will search else where next time.
Tylor R.Original location for pickup didn't set up my vehicle for after hour pickup - no drop box key was setup. Drove almost 200 miles to get this vehicle and almost had to return home, but U-Haul representative on the phone was able to locate me a vehicle 45min away in Lehighton. Not knowing additional information was needed to pick up the rental was a pain in the ass, had to contact multiple people to see if they could vouch for me. Passport? Who the heck walks around with their passport? Receipt for original rental? Well 2 issues with that, 1) it was digital and no way to take a phone of it, 2) it was for my original rental agreement at the other location.
