Original location for pick up was verified online however when I called the location they distinctly confirmed the truck was already reserved by someone else. I had to reserve a truck that was miles out of my way . The reservation kept getting switched to a 15' truck versus a 10' truck. There were no furniture blankets as ordered. The location had a terrible parking situation for leaving your vehicle behind during your rental. In the end I was charged for 79 miles for a 62 mile trip. Most definitely not the best experience with U-Haul and Don's. The only positive experience was the truck was newer and clean and the staff at Don's is friendly.

Todd RNo idea where to park the truck because the place had a ton of golf carts outside for sale. No personnel on site Saturday afternoon so couldn’t ask for assistance. Key drop box was not easily visible without hunting around.
