Kia HicksThe parking area where we drove up to pickup the rental had a lot of broken glass and debris. We were concerned we would get a flat. Our rental truck was upgraded to a larger one because the one we requested was not available. The person on the phone that confirmed the pickup said we would get the same rate as the smaller truck but we did not. When I called UHaul after pickup to find out why, the person said we would have to get the pickup location owner to change it. He was not easy to work with in person so we decided not to call him to try to get it fixed.

Thomas CashThe truck we rented was not there when we arrived. The representative did hook us up with a bigger truck but he added the insurance to our truck even though on the original rental we opted out of the insurance.
William HoneycuttMy reservation was cancelled as I checked in. I was still able to get the truck. This was a U-Haul issue, not the local location. Even though I did all the registration work online to save time, we had to redo it. Unacceptable on the part of U-Haul.
James Rashwell first off i drove 100 miles to pick up my RESERVED!!! truck wasnt there 2 locations later i finally got a truck which was also a 26 ft truck only needed a 10 ft truck.Then when i finally got a truck everyone i talked to said my reservation was useless. so i will probably never use uhaul again!!!!!!!
james TILLEYThis was the worst you have ever been to the guy that rents the U-Haul's was so rude and not capable of using the technology for the job. He also lied up to us about some things and tried to get more money from us. He is a man who cussed me over redundant crap. He needs to be fired or you all need to find a better U-Haul. JOCELYN BALLASTI chose this location because of the ability to drop off after hours but there was no way to park on property. The dropbox was outside the gate but I had to park next door. Now I'm losing sleep worried about the truck. I wish there was a better way to drop off on-site.

TIMOTHY BLUEI reserved online but called the day before to confirm. Good thing I did as my reservation did not go through. However, the man I talked with was very helpful and took care of everything for me. Very helpful and courteous. The only problem we had was the slow loading webpage. It is not user-friendly!

DEBRA MISTLERThe manager's (Mike) attitude was piss poor. The associate wasn't even going to inform me how to hook the tow on the truck until I mentioned it. The entire experience from reserving the truck to pick it up was absolutely catastrophic. I will NEVER use Uhaul again.

LISA HOHLWEGThe U-Haul was not checked in when I got there and I had to wait a hour before it was ready.The man renting the U-Haul was not friendly at all and seemed to be very aggravated.This was my worst experience with ever renting a U-Haul.
