We were moving into our new home, and because our realtor had a family emergency, we weren’t able to get the keys until 3:30 p.m. There was no way we could unload the truck and return it before the store closed at 5:00. I called the owner in a panic, expecting the worst, but instead he was incredibly kind, calm, and understanding. He immediately reassured me that everything would be okay, gave me the gate code, and allowed us to return the truck after hours. That simple act of kindness took so much stress off what was already a very overwhelming moving day. Customer service like this is rare. He went above and beyond to help us, and I can’t thank him enough for his compassion and flexibility. If you need a U-Haul in the Johnson City area, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend!
