Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe owner stated that there was 13/16 left of fuel on the contractors said 9/16 when I got into the truck it was half. But even before this I had to drive 4 miles to go pick it up because Regional said there wasn't enough manpower to go pick it up for me. Even though there was a woman there that couldn't do anything that could have easily went and picked it up then on top of that I get charged for 5 miles next time I move I may look at a different company
Richard LThis drop off for after hours you have to call and he will tell you the gate lock code and you open and relock the gate. Works well for a small location to have 24 hour service. Not what you would be used to for a large location.
John DHave someone at pickup location at all times, have voice mail box empty, trucks had dead fuses had problem getting clearance lights, truck had no 4 ways, it would blow fuses. had no wipers, had to call roadside. very poor set up.
John LAppearance of site isn’t well maintained. “Office” isn’t well identified, hand written sign on wall explaining how to contact someone.
