Location parking lot was in terrible condition. Potholes mud. trailer was parked in an area that I almost got stuck trying to get to it. When I went to drop the trailer off, I tried to park in the location that the owner wanted me to but I could not get it off the ball do the uneven ground since it was a field. I parked it in the parking lot and then got yelled at.

John COpened 5 minutes late with 3 people waiting. Slow check in process. Truck was not processed as returned and got an email the following day saying I had not returned it, so I had to take time to follow up on that.

MICHAEL WWe had to switch locations uhaul on military turnpike never had the van set up for the keys even after I called them and the first vehicle at this location had electrical issues which delayed our start time.

Pierre HDrew's was not the actual drop off location, but Dick from Drew's was sent to service us when no one from the drop off location showed up to open the office. We were to drop off the Utility trailer from Lynn Ma. and pick up a Car Transport trailer at Trim a Lawn in Plattsburgh, NY. We had an 8:30 AM reservation at Trim a Lawn. At 10:00 AM, the Regional Office sent Dick from Drew's to take care of us, which he did well. If you need U-Haul in Plattsburgh NY, DO NOT use Trim a Lawn! Use Drew's instead. Dick will be there.
