Terrence HerlingThe layout of the location is poor. It is on a hill which makes taking off a towed trailer extremely difficult. I took the trailer off with great difficulty and was immediately run over by it. Only by hanging on and being dragged was I able to keep it from slamming into the back of my truck. There is no parking lot, just some gravel and a few yards until the road. It is an unsafe location to return a towed trailer.

Michael McAndrewover all disgusted with uhaul, truck was absolutely filthy inside and out, I was inconvenienced as this is NOT where I agreed to pick up and so I get charged for extra mileage, but does u haul give me a credit for turning truck in a day early-NO- hold time for customer service 40 minutes-recommend keeping reservations made!!

Nick HiteshewI had to wait for 3 HOURS for my uhaul because the man at the counter said 'our systems are down there's nothing I can do' when they weren't! He got halfway through the check in process and when he had to upload a picture of the license he clicked it once and it didn't go through the first time so he said 'yep can't help you' didn't try and do any kind of troubleshooting or even try to click the upload button again?! Like any normal person would??? He made it very clear that I was wasting HIS time and that I needed to leave because 'I close at noon so I'm not helping you because I'm closing soon' this was at 10:30 am!! He made it abundantly clear that he wasn't going to help me and to just get out. I was nothing but professional and just understandably confused. I asked him what I should do next and he said 'I dunno' and shrugged his shoulders. I asked him if I'm going to have to pay for it he said 'I dunno' and shrugged his shoulders again. I left there just feeling defeated. I had this move planned for weeks. Not to mention I had FIVE PAID MOVERS waiting for me at my house. I ended up paying them for 3 HOURS to just stand there. In case you need the math, that's $300. On top of the ridiculously awful customer service I got from your company, I had to pay these men $300 for nothing. I let the manager on the phone know that after I finally got through to someone from uhaul over an hour later and she didn't care. At all. Not one bit. It's YOUR company's fault I had to pay them $300 EXTRA!!!!!! And your manager was very nonchalant about it like it didn't matter one bit. I'm sorry but I'm not exactly rich and paying someone $300 to stand and look at the sky because of a company's incompetence is mind blowing. Then that company literally just shrugging me off. I would've been happy if I was offered even a $20 discount, but nothing. I do want some sort of discount or refund because this is absolutely ridiculous. The man at the counter was rude, dismissive, and downright lazy. We then called to another uhaul place in our town, and got hung up on. I simply asked if they had any 10' trucks, they yelled into the phone 'we don't have any!' And click, the line went dead. Honestly this is the worst customer service and worst experience I've ever had with any company and that's saying a lot. I'll never be back I'll rent from Penske or someone else. Hell I'd strap my furniture to the roof of my car before I ever use your joke of a service again. If I'm given a partial refund that would make it a little better so I can recoup some of my $300 LOSS that I spent on my movers standing around because of you guys. You can verify who I called and who I spoke to on Saturday.
William WrightEvery time I rent U-Haul I choose the size whether it’s a truck or a trailer that I want and every single time U-Haul changes my order and I end up with something smaller and something I didn’t want and I can never get the thing that I actually ordered online so I won’t be using U-Haul anymore.
