No friendly and did not know anything about the rental process, charged me for extra fuel even though I brought the truck back at the same level. Pictures wouldn’t upload as directed on app, called about that and they said I’d have a note in my account still was charged absurdly. I will definitely not use uhaul in the future.
Michele HThe place was close to my destination which was great. But there didn't seem to be a place to park the truck so I assumed where I parked would be fine. The place was closed so I didn't interact with anyone. I had to down load the u-haul app and do self serve return. I would recommend the place for drop off if it's near your destination because you can drop it off anytime.
