Provide details of what size ball is needed for the trailer that the customer is pulling. We had a 2 5/16th inch ball; However, when we got at the pick up location 45 minutes away, we found out that we needed a 2 inch ball. We had to drive back home to get a 2 inch ball then back again. By the time we got back, it was 10 am. Explain the return policy. The pick up was at 8:30 am, we were able to pick up by 10 am because of the above "problem", then the location closed at 12 pm. I had no idea what I was to do other than drop off the trailer. I did that by 3 pm. The location was closed. I then got an "after hours" charge of $20.00 added to my final bill. After I paid $107.00 in gas to the location three times and then to my actual destination to pick up the vehicle I was towing, and then paid $111.00 for the uHaul retail. I should have, and it would have been cheaper, to pay someone to go and pick it up for me. This rental was certainly not cost effective and being charged the extra $20 was, in my opinion, ridiculous! I will not be referring renting of a uHaul to anyone.

Jeffrey ENo friendly and did not know anything about the rental process, charged me for extra fuel even though I brought the truck back at the same level. Pictures wouldn’t upload as directed on app, called about that and they said I’d have a note in my account still was charged absurdly. I will definitely not use uhaul in the future.
Michele HThe place was close to my destination which was great. But there didn't seem to be a place to park the truck so I assumed where I parked would be fine. The place was closed so I didn't interact with anyone. I had to down load the u-haul app and do self serve return. I would recommend the place for drop off if it's near your destination because you can drop it off anytime.
