I reserved a cargo van. Upon arrival, no cargo van was available. He offered a 10' Truck instead and I repeatedly asked if all the charges were the same (rate plus mileage rate). He said yes. I had the truck for 2 hours and three minutes and was charged $1.29 per mile (online the truck rate is $0.99 per mile, cargo van rate is $0.69 per mile). I also declined the SafeMove coverage as my personal auto insurance covers rentals. So instead of paying $32.67 for the mileage, I was charged $42.57. Since there was no cargo van available, why should I be forced to pay extra for the mileage rate because my reservation was not honored? When I called to inquire about this, I was told to call back because there was another customer they had to take care of. I stayed on the phone and waited and then was hung up on. I called back and was told to call customer service. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION AND WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN!

I literally picked up the truck, moved one couch and returned it. Charged me 25 for cleaning when we didn't eat or drink and I even removed some leaves from the previous renter. I should not have been charged for cleaning

The entire van was filthy. The outside was clearly not washed in a long time. Driver area had dust and grime everywhere. The back had grass clippings and dirt clumps on almost every inch. There was damage to the exterior from a previous client marked with stickers.

Owner doesn't provide room for parking for customers. Forces U-Haul customers to occupy the already limited parking spaces of adjacent businesses, leaving customers at risk of getting their cars towed.

The guy in this location was ignorant. I tried to talk him about the fuel amount they charged, but he was never ready to listen and the truck was cleaner than I picked it up but he charged me $25 which is insane. Rude! Never suggest this location! Next day they charged me the whole fare again, and I had to pay lots of time to call the customer service and get it back. Customer service is drama. They made me full in every steps. Worst experience ever . Never thought of the company U haul has such a bad service.

Book for a 10', but none were available. Inaccurate web scheduling. Basically had to rebook at the shop. Slow and tedious process to check a vehicle out and to check it back in. Awful experience, will not be visiting again.

I did not know that I had to pick up my truck within one hour of the online reservation time. My reservation ended up getting cancelled, and it would have been super bad if I was not able to get another truck (we wasted an hour trying to find a second one). For the sake of future customers, PLEASE add a notification that the truck must be picked up within the hour or else the reservation will be cancelled (if I had known earlier, I would have been able to pick up the truck).

The manager charged my card $25 upon return for “cleaning”. I had the van for one hour and moved one piece of furniture 3 miles. Nothing was left in the van. It was returned exactly as I received it. I called to complain. THIS IS FRAUD.

My truck was too small I brought it back to change it for a bigger, he charged me for my first truck that I had it for fifteen minutes and he charged me again on the bigger truck which I agreed but the first truck for fifteen minutes if charged for miles only that would be the right way, over all very slow service never again

The ower/manager was extremely helpful and clearly explained and guided me through all steps. He got to the shop at 6:00 a.m just to help me set up and get my truck. I showed up 2 hours late and my reservation was automatically canceled. But he was so nice to give me the same as I reserved before even though on Sundays they are busier.

My truck was not one way as I signed up for, so it took an extra 4 hours to move as I had to return it to the original site. I was charged a $25 cleaning fee even though I returned the truck in the same clean condition. Of course they don't tell you this before so you have no way to contest it. Money hungry, cheap company.

I returned the truck in one piece, everything is fine. Dealer reports tire damage and tried to scam me. Regular store requires me to take picture to show the truck is fine when I return. This dealer tells me to just leave the key so that I don't have proof the truck is undamaged when I return. Hate this dealer and will never use uhaul again if any other option exists

The location is a gas station. During the covid crisis, I'd prefer not to be in such a heavily travelled area. And despite the fact that I did all the registration stuff online to speed the process it still took 15 minutes. The woman who handled it was fine.

Online reviews criticized this location. I experienced no problems previously reported. The equipment promised was available. The truck was clean. The tank was full. Mileage was recorded correctly at departure and on return. The return check-in was slow, and the clerk tried to say the truck was returned dirty (it was exactly as received three hours earlier), but that was quickly resolved. Yes, this is a gas station, but the location was great. I'd use them again.

I I had an easy time picking up the rental truck on Saturday morning. I recently moved into an apartment with a low clearance and I was not sure that the truck's height would clear the warning beams once my move was complete. I asked the manager if I was able to park the truck in the UHaul parking lot after hours and come back Sunday morning to close out the invoice. The manager said Yes! I completed the move and dropped off the truck around at E&R Ventures LLC at 11:00 pm Saturday September 5. I parked the truck in a spot right next to all of the other rental trucks. A spot that was outlined with parking stripes. Sunday morning at 7:00 am sharp my phone rings. I picked it up to someone screaming at me. No introduction, just a tirade about how I parked the truck. How dare I block the entry and what was I thinking? No customers were able to get in. I apparently parked in a “No parking” zone. He was insistent that he was going to charge me $250 for late drop off. Screaming at me. Of course, I was worried and rushed to get ready. At 7:15am another call came in. Again, this man started yelling at me repeating the same questions. I asked him not to yell at me and that I was on my way. I got to the Uhaul location and saw that the truck I rented was neatly lined up next to 15 other trucks and was not in fact blocking passage into the business. I took several videos and pictures showing that there was more than 25 feet clearance between where I parked the truck and the entry curb. I asked the man to show me what I did wrong. He pointed to “No Parking” signs that were blocked by the other trucks and a well worn and torn paper that showed after hours charges. I explained that I got permission from the manager but he continued to yell at me. I filled the truck with gas and handed him the keys. No receipt, no thank you just a grunt. I will NEVER rent from this location again. I was also charged an extra fee for drop off which I will dispute. This customer service was below 1 star. I would like a follow up from UHaul. Good morning. Thanks for the chance to give an input on the U-Haul service. It is an small truck rental service, really convenient if you move to or from Tysons or McLean area. The attendant Youssuf was ok with his help when I picked up the truck. (I rented once at another U-Haul and they were very much more helpful on explaining truck features). I reserved rent of a dolly and a dozen of covering pads. I was told that they had no pads and i was not going to be charged. When i arrived home for moving, i opened the truck and i saw that there were pads inside. Unfortunately i did not see them before leaving the rental place (my mistake) because they might had been folded inside the truck and therefore it was dust and remains of the pads inside the truck. I was not charged by the pads rental, but i was charged extra $20 for cleaning of the truck. I was also charged $5 because supossedly i did not reach 13/16 of the tank when i refilled it. My only advice for future customers is to mention everything, becuase i was just charged without being listened when i try to explain and settle about those exrra charges (i was agreeing to pay half of the cleaning, but attendant just charged and gave me my receipt after that. I would not recommend this location when I returned the truck the manager was rude and claimed I left the truck dirty when in fact it was not dirty and he charged me a $25 cleaning fee. I believe this location tries to add extra charges to your bill to make money. He also tried to charge me for extra gas. BEWARE

We spoke with the encharge about return to a different place and he said no, I need to retur the truck a the same place and I explain to him if I returns after 24 hours and he said no if you return before 10 pm no charge an other day and when I returned he charged another day.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. When I arrived at the location, I was told that the vehicle I reserved and got a confirmation for is not available. No assistance was offered and the guy was so rude. He told me to call customer service and even after I called them, he refused to assist me in any way. He wasted 2 hours of my time, messed up the schedule and I ended up paying a lot more to the movers.

There is no parking here. At least make that very apparent before hand. I had to illegally park at CVS and hope my car didn't get towed. There's plenty of space to make one or two U-Haul spots instead of having broken down cars sitting in spaces.

Avoid this location. When I saw the negative reviews before renting the truck, I thought like, well it's just borrowing a truck, what would possibly happen. But no, I was wrong. Every single comment was legitimate and my experience with this Uhaul location cannot be worse. Trust all these negative reviews and just go to another place to rent a truck. It's worth to spend a few more minutes and avoid all the unnecessary struggles and unpleasantness.

When I returned the truck the man from the BP station said it was dirty and I needed to pay him $25. I had already swept out the back and folded the furniture covers, returning it in the same condition as I rented it. In addition, he kept saying I needed to fill the tank even though I was returning it with the same amount of gas as when I rented it (as it says in the contract). He was clearly trying to take advantage of me. I don't this rental spot.

I used to rent Uhall truck all the time with no issue, but This truck was old and made horrible noise with a lot of yellow lights in the dashboard. I did return it 5 min after I rent it because I didn't feel safe to use it. I was charged for no reason.
