Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avissmall service station location. only benefit was convenience of location. truck sufficed but vent fan was totally nonoperational. Neither cab nor cargo area were in very good shape, but whatever it worked fine to get a quick storage unit job done. My main complaint is while I only drove 8-9 miles total (and have mileage documentation to prove it), the gas gauge moved disproportionately and I was automatically charged the equivalent of 2 gallons, while I surely used less than one. This isn't about the extra few dollars, 'it's the principle (especially since customers are already separately being charged per-mile fees!)
john pThe approval process is way too long.
Richard KThe guy doing check in was a not most pleasant to deal with. Very condescending tone and attitude. I was not able to do online check in and I told him multiple times that app is giving me hard time to do online check in. “” it should be easy for your generation “” “” you need to do online check in “””
Nguyen NLazy attendant. Vehicles not maintained. But location is great.
