Joseph TService at pickup was ok. The blankets were part of the rental but not in the truck and I didn't need them so the cashier was able to remove them from my rental. The guy in the afternoon was almost worthless, when I came to return the truck he just kept repeating himself about not being able to help since he was just a cashier, amazingly when I went to put gas in the truck did he finally became able to help. I put gas in the truck little over where it started and afternoon cashier was arguing with me about where the fuel started until I showed him a photo. He continued to argue even after seeing the photo, because the phone said so.
Anthony SThe employee was very helpful and fast.
Cheryl YI initially went to 8021 Leesburg Pike location and it was horrible. I never received an email or phone call stating that my truck wasn’t returned, and when I showed up, I couldn’t check out because there was no truck. I eventually had to change locations but u-haul was really unhelpful
