I booked online. I registered everything and prepaid for the rental. My comments do not relate to either pickup or drop off facility. Both were great! BUT, your online booking needs a lot of updating. The pickup establishment had an online pickup starting at 2 pm in the afternoon. The morning of my pickup I received a call from them stating they closed at noon. I explained the above information and raced over there for pickup = 12:45. I needed the trailer from Saturday at 2 pm - 2 pm the next day. That same night, I called Uhaul to explain what happened and what I needed. The service representative changed my drop off location and time until 2 pm. I was guaranteed not to be charged an extra day. I used the trailer and dropped it off early around 12:45 pm. A bit later in the day, I received an email indicating I was charged for an extra day. I called Uhaul again and explained the situation. The extra charges were removed. Just for kicks, I tried online to book a trailer from the pick up location. Again, their starting tome is listed as opening at 2 pm. In reality, this store opens on Saturday at 8 am and closes at 12 pm. I don't appreciate all the hassle involved with this situation.

Make sure the inside of the enclosed box truck is not leaking and had ice all across the floor , and when you rent vehicles out do not advertise 19.95 and then charge for a lot more miles than what was used. We maybe drove 40 miles and was charged for 120. Called in to get problem taken care of and was told the actual business that rented me the uhaul would contact me to get this taken care of . So far have not heard anything back from said company...... Will never rent from Uhaul again

We filled the tank back up to return it as we picked it up. But I received an email saying they were charging me for a quarter of a tank of gas. I emailed the provided email address but never heard back. So I paid to refuel and then paid some more... Very unsatisfied.

The truck was good but had noises that resemble a bearing going out. Manager also told me I could drop off the uhaul ANYWHERE and when I tried to do that was told I would be charged 50-250 dollars if I didn't get to the location chosen. It took me over an hour and a half of driving around a confusing new city and dealing with stop and go traffic to get to the correct location. Gas was also marked at half a tank even though we were told it was just under and told to tell the drop off location man this - we were still charged 12 dollars to get it topped off.

Have the truck where it is supposed to be and not 30 Miles away. Went pick up truck at location I was told Ash land. Was told I had to go to go to Wooster to get truck and I had to wait 3 more hours to get it. I had people waiting to help me move for 4 hours.

Hours say they were open until noon. Yes, I was returning the trailer early, but that’s because I needed to drop it so I could unload the rental truck. But no one was there. Also watched a poor guy trying desperately to pick up the vehicle he rented, and was supposed to have help with from the staff. But they weren’t there. Also the location is doesn’t have much room.

The guys at the location are actually great. However, the call center representatives I dealt with were terrible. They overbooked my truck pushing my date back a day which ok it happens but, I was not informed of this until 8 pm the night before the move. I was then told not only would I have to get a truck an hr away but I would have to take it back to that location as well. I asked for a supervisor and was told I was talking to a manager who was completely rude. Then I was told I would get the $50 guarantee but would have to talk to another representative about it and she disconnected the call. All in all I was in the phone for over 2 hours trying to sort this out.

Possibly rent out a truck that has maintenance up to date. Within 10 minutes of leaving the location I was getting warnings that the engine temperature was too hot. I had to stop 7 different times on the way back within a 30 minute drive because the truck was overheating. Not to mention the check engine light was on the second I got into the truck. I think it’s time you guys retire this truck! It had 122k on it but it ran like it had 300k... I felt like I was driving a death trap between the horrible steering and the overheating issue. I have nothing bad to say about the service at the location, I would go there again but I would like to be able to drive nicer equipment.

Well, I have nothing bad to say about the location where I picked up my rental. The issue that I had was that I had to travel over 40 miles to pick up the rental. Originally, I had scheduled pickup three miles down the road. However, at the last minute, I was told I have to drive to Wooster to pick it up and there were no other rentals around. Not an acceptable customer experience.

making sure it's cleaned and not full of cigarette ashes and it's been swept out, before the next customer gets surprised and has to do it. Retain your retailers to be able to do truth in pricing rather than trying to give me 3 different billing prices. This was a horrible experience in which have me an uneasy feeling of trying to be ripped off.

My only suggestion would be to check the tires better. We had a blowout on the car carrier trailer 40 miles into a 490 mile trip. Roadside assistance was dispatched by a very friendly and helpful gal named Candace. Tire changer showed up within a reasonable amount of time too. Not too much down time. Thanks!

This pick up location did not have the 3 dozen furniture pads I reserved online. This pick up location tried but could not remove online charge for the furniture pads. My initial pick up location did not have the 15' truck I reserved online. Instead, that first location shifted me to this pick up location for a 20' truck. This ultimate pick up location made the best of a difficult situation, i.e., lack of furniture pads and larger truck.

We waited 45 minutes to get the trailer even though we were early. They tried to only give 3 hours instead of 4. Plus the hour waisted with them... the nets to hold the tires down were knotted and took even longer to untangle and thats after driving down the road from the office past some orange things to find and check it ourselves.

I wasn't given furniture pads from the Wooster location.. they also tried to change my delivery date after they forgot to ship my box. But uhaul customer service made it right. The Wooster location did a terrible job but u haul customer service did a great job making the situation better.

Sent me to another site to find and hookup the equipment myself. Barely had enough room to get at the trailer and pull it out with a ubox trailer parked in front of it. Trailer had not been cleaned out, contained chunks of particle board, nails and part of a lighter.

Everything went well with the rental however my stuff that was loaded last was wet when I returned home and the back door to the truck was shut and locked so I’m not sure if there is a leak in the door as it was raining the day I moved but when I unloaded I had a new suitcase packed with some clothes and a 100 leather bag and everything in the suitcase was wet so that was disappointing. This was my first time using uhaul in a move overall I was happy with how it all went.

The location was fine and atom was very helpful. The truck was not cleaned prior to pick up. The drivers door did not seal properly creating a lot of wind noise and the window crank handle knob kept falling off. These little things added to the fact the truck did not have cruise control made for a miserable 2,000 mile trip. This truck around town would have been fine but not across the country. I will be hard pressed to rent another truck from U-Haul or recommend that anyone else do the same.

I received an email showing one preferred location for pickup of the 9’ cargo van I reserved, but no other email. Upon trying to obtain the van on it’s day of use, that location was unaware of my reservation. I called other local U-Haul dealers to find another dealer had the van waiting for me at their location. A confirmation email of when and where the vehicle was to be picked up at could have prevented that miscommunication and saved us a lot of precious moving time. As always tho, everything else with the rental was excellent. Thank you.

truck had lots of damage from scraping into things. I rented from this location 2 times, both times the gas in the truck was 1/4 tank less than what was shown on the contract. I had to call both times and one time had to ask them to credit my credit card back because they charged me for gas. They were friendly on the phone, but overall not pleased with the service.
