The equipment was clean and well maintained. The staff when I picked it up was even better! I noticed that this location had a lot of Belden Brick items displayed. I grew up in the town where Belden Brick was founded and still operates. Had a great conversation with the employees while getting my rental picked up. Friendly staff is hard to find today. The wipers were shot and I could barely see in the snow storm. The drivers side wiper flew off and I couldn't see. I managed to temporarily put the wiper back on but it still flew off again. It put me and my family at risk to say the least. I was very disappointed. Plus the company is trying to charge me more on my credit card and I'm not happy about all this. ðŸ˜¥AMANDA B.

The truck had issues with downshifting gears and the steering was really loose. Overall not a good experience to drive. The process to do contact less pickup was also longer and more involved than expected.Melissa R.
Excellent experience, van was spotless and ran well. Alignment could use some attention. Thanks for doing the extra work I accidentally caused (filled tank to 5/8'a instead of 3/4; tired eyes) Will definitely use again when needed :)Rhett M.

Worst experience ever. They locked the doors 15 minutes before they were supposed to close (according to the piece of paper on the door, the website said they were open til 11). So I went through the process online to drop the trailer off and started backing it into a spot next to another trailer and the guy came outside and screamed at me asking me what the hell I though I was doing. I explained I was returning a trailer I tried to go inside to drop it off but his door was locked so I did it online and this is where it says to drop it off and take a photo. He said I had to go to some other parking lot and leave it there and then he walked away. He offered absolutely no assistance other than to scream at me and walk away. So I had to go bring the trailer down the street and call my boyfriend to drive there to help me because this guy offered no help. Didn't give me or have a jack to lift the trailer off my truck hitch. Then my boyfriend hurt his back trying to lift the trailer off the hitch. We're not happy. I took it myself because the location was supposed to be open and I knew they would have a jack to help lift the trailer off my truck. All the guy did was scream at me and offered no help whatsoever. Extremely rude. I won't be using uhaul again most likely since this is our main location. The location in Warren where we picked it up from us almost 2 hours away otherwise I'd just go there since we had a great experience. Never again.Benjamin D.
Everything was easy - scheduling, using the app, pickup, and drop off. Plus a super quality clean trailer, and everybody was friendly. I can't think of any improvements.glenn J.

The online application process was very simple. I checked in online before I picked up my truck. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and answered all my questions. When I returned the truck I just snapped a few pictures and put the key in the slot. The truck was great And was perfect for what I needed it for. I definitely recommend this store.Dianne B.
The people there are incredible. Its like visiting family. You just kind of fit in and its very comfortable doing business there. Improve? Do not know of anything except the addition of breakfast with a rental. Its just a good place,to do business.BRUCE W.
I was charged for the pads and it didn't say I hade to return them. The bag they were wrapped in said not for resale or reuse so I kept them especially with Covid 19 and bed bugs etc. the gentleman on the phone was very rude , I complained about the cab doors (weekend before) on the truck don't shut with ease my kids were scared to ride in it and they didn't fix the problem they gave me the exact same truck I had the first weekend(clearly they don't care about their customers). I ordered an appliance dolly and was told basically to bad ones not available as I was checking out on the phone...I said well I can't move without it, the gentleman again said I don't know what to tell ya we don't have one. Not until I mentioned calling local Uhaul's for one was he going to do anything. He kept trying to hang up saying well I have to go I have other customers standing in front of me...that's when I said I'm a customer too! I asked him nicely to please not try to end the call or conversation when I'm in mid conversation. Gentleman was very rude! There was a used masks in the cab that I threw away. Very disappointing. My mom just rented one from Mansfield and it was so clean and organized, unlike this location.tonya F.
