Worst experience ever. They locked the doors 15 minutes before they were supposed to close (according to the piece of paper on the door, the website said they were open til 11). So I went through the process online to drop the trailer off and started backing it into a spot next to another trailer and the guy came outside and screamed at me asking me what the hell I though I was doing. I explained I was returning a trailer I tried to go inside to drop it off but his door was locked so I did it online and this is where it says to drop it off and take a photo. He said I had to go to some other parking lot and leave it there and then he walked away. He offered absolutely no assistance other than to scream at me and walk away. So I had to go bring the trailer down the street and call my boyfriend to drive there to help me because this guy offered no help. Didn't give me or have a jack to lift the trailer off my truck hitch. Then my boyfriend hurt his back trying to lift the trailer off the hitch. We're not happy. I took it myself because the location was supposed to be open and I knew they would have a jack to help lift the trailer off my truck. All the guy did was scream at me and offered no help whatsoever. Extremely rude. I won't be using uhaul again most likely since this is our main location. The location in Warren where we picked it up from us almost 2 hours away otherwise I'd just go there since we had a great experience. Never again.
Everything was easy - scheduling, using the app, pickup, and drop off. Plus a super quality clean trailer, and everybody was friendly. I can't think of any improvements.

The online application process was very simple. I checked in online before I picked up my truck. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and answered all my questions. When I returned the truck I just snapped a few pictures and put the key in the slot. The truck was great And was perfect for what I needed it for. I definitely recommend this store.
The people there are incredible. Its like visiting family. You just kind of fit in and its very comfortable doing business there. Improve? Do not know of anything except the addition of breakfast with a rental. Its just a good place,to do business.
I was charged for the pads and it didn't say I hade to return them. The bag they were wrapped in said not for resale or reuse so I kept them especially with Covid 19 and bed bugs etc. the gentleman on the phone was very rude , I complained about the cab doors (weekend before) on the truck don't shut with ease my kids were scared to ride in it and they didn't fix the problem they gave me the exact same truck I had the first weekend(clearly they don't care about their customers). I ordered an appliance dolly and was told basically to bad ones not available as I was checking out on the phone...I said well I can't move without it, the gentleman again said I don't know what to tell ya we don't have one. Not until I mentioned calling local Uhaul's for one was he going to do anything. He kept trying to hang up saying well I have to go I have other customers standing in front of me...that's when I said I'm a customer too! I asked him nicely to please not try to end the call or conversation when I'm in mid conversation. Gentleman was very rude! There was a used masks in the cab that I threw away. Very disappointing. My mom just rented one from Mansfield and it was so clean and organized, unlike this location.
I wasn't aware there was a drop off area and down the street was the office. But it went well. No problems with trailer from Texas to Ohio. Thank you....

The doors on the truck are very hard to shut and my kids were scared to ride in it. The guy at the front desk was very short and rude with customers!
The person there was great and very helpful! The cab of the truck was dusty and dirty. While I don't expect an immaculate cleaning, I would expect some sort of sanitation, or wipe down, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic.

The drop location had 3 different door's, the door at the front of the building was locked with a notice taped in it but no sign with arrow pointing out where to enter. It was hot out and I was worn out from the trip and had to end up walking around the whole building to find the correct door. However, the woman at the front was friendly with a smile greeting me.
My boyfriend and I have used this company twice now and both times we were very pleased!

However I did not ask for a dolly or furniture pads and I got charged for both.
I'm pretty livid right now! There was APPARENTLY a miscommunication & I was told to bring The uhaul back whenever the next day because it was Sunday & no one would there for uhaul. I received an additional bill which I tried to dispute. The man I spoke to said he would call me back & he didn't. Instead they ran my card over 2 weeks later from my initial rental day and not only charged me for an additional day with insurance but also a late fee! Never again will I deal with you.

When I reserved the uhaul, I chose the location closest to my home in Millersburg to save on the mileage costs. Yet, 2 days before the time came to pick up the uhaul I was told it was a location 22 miles away. I usually don't rent uhaul's and instead go with Penske for this reason. When I called to ask why, I was told I could cancel if I wasn't happy with the pickup location. I'm 100% sure your "scheduling managers" do this intentionally to raise additional money on in town rentals. So from here on out, I will be choosing Penske. Cleaner trucks, no mileage scams, and flat rate in town costs. I will also be posting this to google as well to vent my frustrations.

I probably will not rent from this location again. Returned the truck with the gauge at 1/2+ [adding a little for cushion]. Online billing received charged me $26.60 for 7.6 gal. of gasoline. Called location's office and was informed the truck had left at 3/4 full. I had a Contract that clearly indicated that I started with 1/2 tank. Did not wish to argue over the telephone; so I went to location's office. Employee immediately gave me the $26.60 credit without looking at my Contract or gasoline sales receipt. Honest error??? Thank you.
